“This is my last day as Queen.” Katherine said

“Your highness, what do you mean by that?” Ko asked

“I won’t rule by myself as Queen, I will have a companion by my side to aide me as Queen.” Katherine said, a smile on her face

“It’s a relief to see your Majesty happy.” Ko said

“I’m glad to be happy as well. My life wasn’t completely filled with happiness, but it’s all going to change tomorrow evening.” Katherine said

The veil covering her face made her feel anxious. Today is the day when her happiness begins. Katherine let out a puff of air and looked outside.

“Queen Katherine, the church is only five minutes away.” Leslie, a bridesmaid, announced

Katherine looked over at her, “Thank you.” Butterflies were dancing crazily in her stomach as the thought of being married crossed her mind.

The car came to a stop and the door open. Katherine watched as Leslie got out. The door on her side opened and Katherine took a breath and carefully got out of the car. Cheers were heard, but the yelling overpowered the cheers

“Go to hell!”
“You’re not my Queen!”
“Kana is the rightful Queen!”

Katherine kept her composure and slowly walked up the stairs while waving to the people. The doors closed behind Katherine. The maids came to Katherine to make sure her makeup was perfect and her dress didn’t have any creases. Once everything looked perfect, the doors open and music filled the church. Katherine walked slowly after the flower girls. She smiled at each guest and looked ahead at Oslo. Oslo stood there, stiff and straight as he stared at Katherine. Once Katherine stood beside Oslo, the ceremony begun.

“Our lives have begun anew.” Katherine said, holding Oslo’s hand in her lap.

“Yes and I’m delighted to be your husband.” Oslo said, lifting her hand up to his lips and kissing the back of her hand

“The reception was fun. Did you have fun, Oslo?” Katherine asked

“I did, but my main focus was you.” Oslo said, smiling

Katherine’s cheeks began to get red and she looked away from him.

“The only sad thing is we can’t have a honeymoon.” Oslo stated

“I’m sorry. I can’t let anything happen to my kingdom.” Katherine said, clenching her hand into a fist as she thought about Kana and Christopher

“I admire you for that.” Oslo kissed her

The night was filled with memories for Katherine and Oslo, but other memories were created during that night for ruthless people.
