real life.
CHRIS STOOD IN the middle of the finished bedroom. He, Anthony, Robert, Jeremy and Seb had finished the bedroom and his fiancée and daughter would be home in minutes. Chris actually thanked god that they got done in time.
He crossed his arms and a smug grin made its home on his lips. They all stared at the finished wall in the room with awe. They were all surprised that they were actually able to do it.
The front door opened, which could be heard from the back of the house, and female chatter followed. It continued on for a few more minutes before everything fell silent. Chris shared a glance with each of the men that stood with him.
"Chris! Babe, where are you?" Carmen shouted, and at the sound of her voice, he smiled.
Chris yelled back, "In Bee's room."
Not a moment later, they were all deafened by Bridget's scream as she entered the room. She pushed past everyone and flopped onto the bed then stared at the wall that her bed was pressed against.
Carmen laughed, joining Chris at his side and wrapped an arm around his hip. He smiled down at her, taking her into his arms and kissing her cheek.
"How you likin' it, kiddo?" Anthony asked, crossing his arms.
Bridget squealed, "Are you kidding! I love it!"
"Thank you," Carmen whispered, looking up at Chris with a dazzling smile. "You're an amazing father to her. We both appreciate you very much."
Chris looked down at his fiancée, a smile gracing his lips. His hand slid towards her jaw, angling her face towards him as he leaned forward, pressing their lips together. His other hand pulled her closer to his body.
When the others noticed the quiet, they looked to the engaged couple, unsurprised when they saw the couple kissing. Robert rolled his eyes as Jeremy and Sebastian groaned in annoyance.
"Are you two always making out?" Anthony asked, crossing his arms and smirking at the two.
Bridget answered for them, "Actually, yeah."
"You're grounded," Chris commented, pulling away from his fiancée. "Hope you like your room, you'll be seeing it a lot." He told her, but the smile on his face said he was joking.
Bridget pouted, but dropped the act once Chris began laughing. He pulled away from Carmen and maneuvered through her bedroom, reaching the bed. Chris smiled and put a kiss on his daughter's forehead.
"Thank you, dad." Bridget whispered, grinning up at him.
"Of course, kid. Happy birthday," He murmured.

You guys don't understand how much I love this chapter. After the next few updates, you'll all see how important this chapter is and what it means later on. So, happiness for now!
Anyway, I've been thinking about publishing a Seb Stan story. Ever since I deleted Little Things, a story I wrote months ago that actually sucked, I've been itching to write another Sebastian Stan fic. Thoughts?
