Chapter 13

(Author Note- well everything is coming together slowly. What is going to happen next? Will raven get away from the prophecy? Or will it come true? Only reading will tell you.)

Undine stood by the pool edge, "How do you feel Raven?" He asks as he move to help me out of the water. It moved off me as if it was silk.

"I know more of what is going on around me now, I feel as if my soul has been open to the world of the sea, that its hands reach into me and held my soul." I look at him as he held out a blanket for me to wrap up in.

"In a way dear, it did. That water is one closest to the creators of the universe. It showed you why the prophecy is playing out, why it has to be so." Undine move to try and dry my hair for me, now that I got a good look at it. It was almost to the middle of my back.

"The light guy and the shadow one, right? Something to do with them?" I watch Undine closely as he sighs softly.

"That my child I do not know anything about. The balance of the world is fragile and if it isn't fixed soon the universe will end and never be again." He whispered softly as he held a finger to his lips, "Let not speak of this anymore. Never know when ones who know nothing is listening." I knew he meant Ryker or even Skylar are the ones he was speaking of.

Speaking of those two they both came into the cave seconds later as they watch us. "Seems you have finally awoken baby brother. Even your powers seem to scream for the seal."

I did not speak as I tried to walk towards the exit. However, my body felt like it was made of mud as it didn't want to let me walk or anything. I whimpered a little.

"You aren't going anywhere brother." Ryker move to pick me up and I could see even Undine was surprised.

"What have you done to him while I was away?" Undine asked getting angry. I could see the yellow in his eyes growing but stop when he looks at me. I shook my head, there was no point. They were taking me right to my destiny.

I was slowly accepting that if this world would change it needed to start with the master being woken. If that meant my death, then so be it.

'You have accepted this fate? Or do you still wish to fight it?' Undine ask me softly, he did not want to force me as how my brothers were trying. Unlike them I liked that Undine was asking if I would.

'I am ready to help change the world.' My heart for once felt at peace with the fate I was being dealt. He nods wanting to allow me to make my own choice.

Skylar glared at us, "I hate it when you two do that. If you can't let us know then don't speak to each other at all. Anyway, it's time to go. The moon is in a few days and it will take time to get there. We must leave now. Sorry Undine but we don't need your help anymore, so we will be going, and you will be staying."

I lean my head onto Ryker's chest as I could do nothing else but let them carry me to my death. May it be a fast and painless one. Hopefully this master of the sea didn't hurt me to much like my brothers had.

The sky seemed almost clear as we sailed towards the weird shape island that looked out of place in the middle of the ocean. Everything inside me screamed to touch the land and bring about the weakening of the seal. I was not sure how to do that but if it meant using my blood I would be forced to by my brothers.

We were on the small boat heading towards the island as the ship was off a little in the distant to keep them on it safe. The ground was hard and dark, almost like someone had covered it in blood before. That is when I realized it was blood, the blood of my mother.

"The moon is almost at its highest, just a few more minutes. This will be the night the humans know we are in control." Skylar laughs softly as he pulled out the knife and Ryker set me on my feet, so I was standing. He had a very strong grip on my arm as his twin move to cut my hand open and allow the blood to fall onto the ground.

A loud thunder sounded, the full moon was now covered by the darkest of clouds I had ever seen. "Why is the sky turning black?" Skylar asked Ryker sounding nervous for once.

"Damned if I know. The prophecy never said anything about this." Ryker said as he felt his grip on my arm getting pulled away. The ground under my feet was giving away and I was falling towards the water.

"Help!" I screamed as I reached to grab onto the ledge, but my grip gave away from how weak I was from not being able to eat right.

I felt the water come around me when I fell into it, near me was something moving I couldn't see it by how black the water looked. My head hit the ground and I felt a cut form and start to bleed. It hurt but not as bad as I have had before.

Something came around me as I was being picked up towards the surface of the ocean. I couldn't see anything, my eyes were closed and refused to open.

When we broke the surface of the water a loud roar rang out and all I could do was hear it. It hurt my ears, it was very loud. Way louder then the thunder that was sounded overhead. I could feel it moving before it felt like it was getting smaller.

"sleep well rarest." I heard it say as my mind slowly started to realize this was it. The man holding me must be the Master of the sea and he was going to take every bit of blood from my body to destroy the world.

I felt lips at my neck as it all seem to slowly be becoming black. This was it, I was going to die.
