* Logan's POV *
That was the most awesomest thing I've ever done. I feel so alive! There are no more rules to follow anymore, we're in so much trouble, but I feel like we don't have to worry about trouble anymore. I never actually did learn how to ride a bike, but I did now. It was kinda old, but I read enough of Bob's mechanic manuals to know how to drive one. Either way, no matter what kind of bike it is; I still learned how to ride a bike.
After about more than an hour, I was starting to run out of gas.
" Hey guys! My gas tank is almost empty! Can we stop by a gas station? " I yelled over to the jeep.
" Yea! The jeep needs gas too! " Bob yelled back.
" I'm hungryyyyyyyy! " Steve wined.
" Steve you can have food after you unlocked my handcuffs! " Alberto yelled at Steve irritated making he chuckle.
" Take a left! " Bob yelled as we both headed towards an exit leading to a diner, a super market, and a gas station. All of us got out and off of our rides and gathered up.
" Oh my god guys do you have that giddy feeling? Do you feel that adrenaline?! " Bob asked.
" It's a gas station. How much adrenaline can you possibly feel. " Steve asked dead panned.
" Fuck off Steve, I understand you are hangry, but we need to assess our money situation first. " Bob said. Looking at Bob's watch, it was around 2:30 pm. Bob shuffled through his backpack puling out a heavy metal box. He opened it up making all of us gasp. It was filled with gold, silver, and nickel coins!
" Oh my god Bob robbed a bank. " Steve said making me laugh.
" Yea one more word and you can starve to death. " Bob said laughing as Steve pretended to be offended.
" Oh my god that's like a lot of money, how much do you think it is? " Alberto asked.
" Around $300. " Bob answered.
" Oh my god Bob's rich! " Alberto said giggling.
" Logan, fill your tanks to the brim. " Bob said handing me one gold coin. We both filled our tanks all the way, then went in one by one to pay for the gas. Bob brought 3 big jugs of gas putting them under the seat in the jeep.
" Okay guys, we need to use our money wisely. We have gas, I don't know how long it'll last us; but we'll figure it out. Right now, we need to buy as much food as we can. " Bob said looking at us. We all headed into the super market and grabbed two carts. We all headed different directions grabbing canned soups, Pringles, a box of Sprite, another case of water, sleeping bags, and a lot of other things that we'd need. Paying 7 silver coins, we loaded everything up in the jeep. Then we all headed towards the diner to get ourselves some food.
We all sat down at a table in the corner waiting for a waiter to approach. Bob ordered fish n chips, Alberto ordered noodles, Steve ordered a sub, and I ordered chicken. We all ate quickly. That is until Steve took a chip from Bob's plate.
" STEVE! " Bob yelled and started to kick Steve's seat under the table.
" Aahh Logan help! " Steve said grabbing the table.
" Your fault Steve, Bob shares food but you know you shouldn't take it from him like that. " I told Steve holding up his finger.
" Bob is triggered! " Alberto said making us all laugh.
We all finished our food and Bob paid 5 nickel coins. As we were about to head out the door, Steve quickly ran somewhere.
" STEVE WHERE TF U GOIN?!!? " Bob yelled.
" I have to use the bothroom! " Steve yelled running through the doors as I laughed.
" Bothroom. " I said as we all laughed.
" I have to use the bothroom! " Bob said loudly making us laugh more.
" The BOTHROOM! " Bob yelled.
" Stop! I can't breathe! " I said gasping for air.
After a while we all headed back to our vehicles.
" Guys I still have handcuffs on! " Alberto said.
" Oh my god I totally forgot about that! " Bob said taking out his tool box from the jeep.
" Yea how did you eat? " I asked.
" I struggled while you were kissing your chicken! " Alberto said making me chuckle. Bob took out his tool box and got out a small kit which looked like it had a bunch of small tiny screw drivers in it. He picked a certain one and fiddled with the lock of Alberto's handcuffs until they snapped open.
" See Steve! Why can't you be useful like Bob! " Alberto said rubbing his wrists as Bob put away the tool box.
" Excuse. " Steve said putting on a sassy face.
" Alright guys, is there anything else we need to buy before we venture off? " Bob asked as everyone before Steve spoke up.
" Wait! We need to get an extra large stash of weed guys! " Steve said.
" Oh my fucking god Steve. " Bob said as we all laughed.
" Guys, I'm really nervous about this all. " I said making Bob turn his attention towards me.
" Why is that? " Bob asked as Steve peeked out of the jeep window.
" I mean, what if we run out of food? What if we don't have anymore resources? What if we get caught- "
" Get caught doing what? " Bob cut me off.
" I know you guys are nervous, and I know this is kind of a tight situation; but this is our adventure! We're not afraid of anyone anymore! No more society's dumb rules, no more government laws, no more fear of being terminated. So what if we run out of food? What if we run out of resources? We have them now, we'll worry about our future problems when we actually face them. " Bob said
" Come on you guys, we've made it this far. We're ready, we're packed and set to go! We're already half way there! What are we waiting for? " Bob said.
" But where are we going? " Steve asked.
" Well first we're going to find Kevin obviously. " Alberto spoke up.
" We, are going to find a way outside of sector Zi-83. " Bob said.
" Well we better hurry, because I'm pretty sure the terminators are gonna come after us really soon, look we're already on the news! " I said pointing to a TV screen inside the gas station. Bob, Alberto, and Steve loaded up into the jeep and I got on the motorcycle putting on the cool blue helmet. Then we all took off towards a forbidden journey.
" WOOOOO LET'S GO ON AN ADVENTURE GUYS! IT'LL BE HELLA FUN! " Bob yelled through the loud music he was playing.
" LOGAN NEXT STOP I'M RIDING WITH YOUUUUUU!!! " Steve said making me chuckle.
" Oh my god guys..." Alberto mumbled.
" Come on it'll be fun! " Bob yelled again giving me more space to ride on the abandoned road we turned on.
We'll see about that. I thought as I heard something louder than Bob's music. Looking in my rear view mirror, I saw a bunch of white cars, tanks, and even a few helicopters after us!
" Uh...guys..I think the terminators came faster than I thought they would. " I yelled over as Steve and Alberto turned around.
" SHIT. WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO THROW THEM OFF! " Bob yelled. Oh this is gonna be a problem.
