Hank's POV

"Baby, you doing okay?" Luke asks as we sit down on the plane. I nod my head. I keep my sunglasses on, and a hat on so that no one can see the open hole still in my forehead. They took the wires out of my jaws before I left, but I still can't talk very well, and my jaws are too weak to eat.
"You sure you're okay, Hank?" Carter asks, sitting on the other side of me from Luke.
"I'm fine y'all." I try saying. Luke holds my hand and rubs my back softly. I'm hoping that once I'm done taking care of everything with my mother, that I'll be able to focus on Luke and the babies. It's about   a three and a half hour flight from Montana to Nashville, so hopefully Luke won't get sick and I won't be noticed.
"Baby, how are you gonna tell everyone about the babies?" Luke asks me.
"I really haven't thought about that much but we will figure it out." I try saying but just end up writing it down on a piece of paper and giving it to Luke.
"Hank, babe you just got really pale. What's wrong?" He asks, putting his hand on my thigh.
"It's too hot, I'm gonna be sick if I don't get some air." I write, handing it to Luke as I begin hyperventilating.
"Baby, you're having a panic attack. Look at me honey. Focus on me and try to breathe." Luke tells me as he holds my face to where I'm looking at him. I look into Luke's eyes and immediately start to feel relaxed, I put my hand under Luke's sweatshirt that he is wearing and rub his stomach. Luke smiles when he feels me rubbing his stomach and I'm finally calm. Luke sits back as we begin to take off, he puts his hand on my thigh.
"He okay?" Carter asks Luke as he leans over me.
"I think so. He still has his hand on my belly." Luke says.
"Oh my God, they're kicking." I try to say. Luke smiles at me and puts his hand on top of mine. He lays his head on my shoulder and kisses my neck.
I keep my hand on his stomach for the entirety of the plane ride. I still feel really anxious but a little better knowing that Luke is there.
We start landing and Luke squeezes my thigh to make sure I'm okay.  I place my hand over Luke's and lay my head on his shoulder. Once the plane lands, Carter grabs our carry on and exits the plane. Luke and I stay back and wait for everyone to exit before we go so no one sees us. We walk off the plane and met up with Carter at baggage claim. Luckily Carter had gotten all of our bags by the time we had got there. Luke supports me as we walk and watches me closely, making sure I'm okay.
"Y'all ready?" Carter asks.
"Yeah. Here man, let me get some of our bags." Luke says, trying to get some of the bags.
"Luke!" I try to say as I begin falling as he let's go of me. Carter drops all of the bags and grabs my arm before I hit the ground.
"Are you okay? Did I hurt you?" Carter asks as he helps me stand back up.
"I'm okay, I think." I tell him.
"Luke, I got the bags. You need to hold onto Hank." Carter says. Luke puts his arm around my waist and I put my arm over his shoulders.
"My back and leg hurt really bad." I tell Luke. He kisses my cheek and we continue walking.
"Luke you look 7 months pregnant." Carter says.
"Carter is it really that obvious?" Luke asks as we begin walking towards the rental car at the front of the airport.
"Luke it really is, I think you need to go to the doctor again." Carter tells Luke. We got out of the airport and found the rental car. Carter put the bags in the back, while Luke helped me get in the passenger seat. Luke got in the drivers seat and Carter sat in the back. Luke started to drive to my house, about an hour from the airport. Once we got onto the interstate, Luke called his mom to give her an update.
"Luke really loves you." Carter whispers to me.
"I really love him too." I write on a paper and hand it to Carter. He smiles and pats my shoulder.
"You want some water?" He asks me. I nod my head and watch as he sits in the back floorboard. "Do you need a straw or do you just wanna drink it outta the bottle?"
"Straw." I say as well as I can. He puts a straw in the water and holds it for me. I try to take a drink but I don't get anything. The muscles in my face are too weak to get water through the straw.
"Honey, I'll help you when we get to your house." Luke tells me as he hangs up the phone and puts his hand on my thigh.
We soon pull up at my house and I begin to cry.
"Hank, are you okay?" Carter asks.
"I never thought I'd get to see home again. I thought I was gonna die up in Montana." I cry.
"Baby, I ain't gonna let you die anytime soon." Luke tells me and he parks the car.
"Luke, help Hank in the house and I'll get the bags." Carter says as he gets out of the car. Luke runs around to my side of the car and helps me out. He keeps his hand on the small of my back and we slowly make our way inside the house. Luke helps me sit on the couch.
"I'll be right back, I'm gonna go use the bathroom." Luke tells me as he kisses me.
