Sam and Dean walked in while I was reading in the living room. Dean stared for a moment and Sam ignored my presence, sitting down with Dean at the kitchen table and unraveling their breakfast. I closed my book and walked into the kitchen for a glass of water when Meg grabbed my upper arm. I looked down at the tightening grip before looking up at her face.

"We need to talk," she told me and I nodded once. "Dean's anti-possession tattoo needs to be replaced."

"Okay, what else?" I wonder and she let go of my arm, about to walk out of the kitchen when the house began to shake.

The floor split underneath our feet and we were tossed about like marbles coming loose from their container. I tried to catch myself but ended up on the ground, struggling to get to my feet. The shaking didn't stop. I looked about for Sam and Dean and Meg but I couldn't see them. I felt blind. I sucked in a breath and reached for the wall when it all stopped. The house was in shambles and I scrambled to my feet, whole body shaking. Sam and Dean were okay, just getting up off the ground. Meg was as well.

"What the fu-"

"Shh!" Meg cut Dean off and I looked around very cautiously. Every sigil was broken.

"We need to get out. Now!" I yelled and started for the door, Sam, Dean and Meg following behind when the door flew off the hinges and came at me with unimaginable force. It hit me hard and knocked me to the floor, disorientating me.

Black spots crossed my vision with a weird shock shaking my body. With the weight of the door pressing against my back, I lifted myself up off the ground but stumbled just to fall again. Meg was to my aid, lifting me up but I couldn't quite make out what it was that was standing in front of me.

"Hello Scarlett." Meg was ripped from my side and thrown against the fridge on the opposite side of the room. I stumbled, holding my head before finally being able to make him out. Crowley. "It's been awhile."

"Skip the introductions," I tell him annoyed. "where are the rest of your minions?" He smiled.

"I figured I could handle you all alone, after all, it's two low life demons and one and a half of a Winchester," Crowley replied, cocky. I exhaled still shaken up when Crowley started towards me. Sam and Dean hadn't moved a muscle.

"In that case," I said with a challenging look. "let's get started."

I didn't have a plan as Crowley arms came up. I just knew that I had to stall, give Sam and Dean enough time to get out of here. I searched for a brief second to find Meg but was quickly left in a pile on the ground.

Crowley didn't like getting his hands dirty. His specialty was not hand to hand combat, so if I could get close enough to start at that, I may have a chance. I got to my feet with that plan in mind as quick as I could, but I was too slow.

I hit the door post and bounced forward onto my stomach, letting out a choked cry. I stayed down as his footsteps drew near and he grabbed my hair, yanking me up off the ground.

"You're pathetic Scarlett," he sneered and shook his head wickedly.

I saw Sam and Dean from behind him and they still had not moved. It was weird because they had always been to my rescue. Always ready to pounce at the first sign that I was in danger...but things were so different now. As I was being beaten to death by Crowley, they stood by in perplex. Not making the slightest attempt and I knew that this was what I deserved.

"I know," I whispered through a hoarse voice. Crowley looked taken back as I raised my hand and grabbed his wrist as he still held onto my hair. With pressure, I felt the bone break under my finger tips. He withdrew, dropping me onto my stomach and howled out in pain.
