like this book, our innocence has come to an end. every virginal cloth and candle, every shrine of our saviours have been torn down the way my fingers and my lips tore down your innocence that night.

you still have that cross around your neck though and unlike this book, your pure naivety hasn't come to an end. it's a good look though, for i can't see you being as omniscient as i am.

i hope you read over everything i've written over the course of two years and see how much i changed, how much you changed, and how much we've changed.

it went from us being unaware of each other's existence to friendship, to interest, to hidden infatuation, to heartbreak, to acknowledgement, to love, to lust, and to us eventually taking each other's innocence.

it's kinda funny how things came around for us, how our emotional rollercoaster came to a close.

---

the girl with lake erie in her eyes and the girl with skin like colombian coffee have found peace and now walk hand in hand across the universe.

they now keep each other warm at night and engage in sloppy but loving midnight kisses.

they now love each other freely because everything that's kept them apart has fell to its demise.

and they will love each until time comes to an end.
