I throw my fists at the punching bag to let all of my anger out.

"Woah. Are you okay, Logan?" Max, the owner of the gym asks.
"No. I can't get all of my anger out."
I say.
"Well why don't you go home and rest. You've been here for 4 and a half hours letting out your anger." he says.
I take off my gloves and hover my fingers over the bruise on my knuckles.
I take his advice and drive home an stop at walmart because I was out of sprite.
I go to the soft drinks and check out.
And guess who I saw.

He noticed me and looked at me.
I notice the big purple-blue bruise of his left cheek.
Good.
I leave the store fuming, angry tears rolling down my face.
I climb in and drive until I'm at a red light.
A car full of guys pull up beside me and the guy nearest to me looked at me.
In his eyes I saw anger and sadness?
That's what I'm feeling right now.
I snap out of the eye contact and hit the gas when the light turned green.
