I'll Protect You From Night Terrors

(Okay this is for julie2626-thank you for requesting and it does have a bit of abuse.. You could say in it. It will explain about it in the one shot)

"Look at how pathetic you are!"

"W-What? Father I don't understand.. I.. I tried to help you."

"You failed at being my oldest son!" the man yelled. "It is a good thing none of your other siblings copy you."

The green eyed male felt some people grab his arms.

"Father, no, wait!"

"You are a disgrace to this family!" his father yelled. "You never should be king. You are meant to be a Prince! Not this so called Criminal Prince! You disappoint me, Gavin!"

"I'm sorry!" tears build up in his green eyes. "It isn't my fault. I don't know how I ended up li-"

"You are a criminal! You are giving us a bad name!"

"I'm sorry, Father!"

"Are you?! You don't deserve to be in this family!"

"Father.. I just wanted to impress you.. I wanted to be like you and make you proud." the young man sniffed a bit.

"You will never be like me!"

The man lowered his head. "I know.."

"I don't want to hear it!" his father yelled. "Take him to the basement. Turn off the light and lock him down there."

"Please father no! You know I'm scared of the dark!"

"You should have thought of that before! I don't need you as a son. You are an embarrassment."

The young man struggled in the guards grip. He screamed and kicked around, only to hear his father and mother laughing at him.

Next thing he knew, he was throwing in the basement.

He screamed and hit his hands against the door.

"Please don't leave me alone down here! Please don't!" He screamed desperately. "I'm sorry, just let me out! Please! Please help me!" He choked on his tears. "Please don't leave me alone again!"

The figure sprang up, screaming. His gripped the duvet, his eyes wide with fear.

The dark. The silence. The fear. The only noise was his voice screaming.

"Please don't leave me alone!" be screamed. "Is anyone there?! Please help me! Just help me please! I don't want to be alone!"

He curled up into a ball, screaming into his knees and sobbing loudly.

The door burst open and light flew into the room. Another figure stood in the doorway, flicking on the light and yelling too.

"Where are they? I'll bloody kill them!"

Jimmy looked around to see his friend laying on the bed in a ball. He sighed and walked over.

"Gavin.. Are you-?!"

Gavin screamed again, jumping up and clinging onto Jimmy tightly. His sweating hands gripping Jimmy's red shirt and sobbing into his shoulder.

"Please.. Don't leave.. Me.." he sobbed loudly.

Jimmy sighed, letting the older male sob. He ran his hand softly through Gavins hair and whispered to him.

"You're awake now.. You're safe now..it is okay.."
