Somewhere Only We Know

(So this is a really fluffy one that FlutterBat1 asked for I think?)

Toast watched happily as Ghost ran ahead, through the empty forest. The snow had set on the trees and it continued to lightly fall. He could feel the snow crunching beneath him with every step they took. He smiled as Ghost turned back, blushing and smiling at him.

Toast stood there, taken back at how cute Ghost looked. The place was silent. The only sound was the snow and Ghost giggling.

I walked across an empty land
I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
I felt the earth beneath my feet
Sat by the river, and it made me complete

"It feels like ages since we have been here, doesn't it, Johnny?" Ghost smiled, looking out at the frozen river.

Toast smiled too, watching out. "It does. This place has barely changed."

"Do you remember how this was our place? We would always meet here.. We even met here."

"Indeed so, Sir." Toast smiled at the memory of him running into Ghost. He had been sitting on a log and pretty soon the two got talking and became friends.

They both stood reminiscing for a bit, until Ghost laughed and broke the silence.

Ghost leaned down, picking up a snowball and aiming at Toast. "Hey Johnny!"

"Yeah Sir?" he looked at Ghost only to have a snowball hit him in the arm.

Ghost laughed at him.

"Oh Sir it is on!"

Oh, simple thing, where have you gone?
I'm getting old, and I need something to rely on
So tell me when you're gonna let me in
I'm getting tired, and I need somewhere to begin

"Where did you go, Sir?" Toast laughed, ready to throw a snowball at him. He caught sight of Ghost hiding behind a tree.

He ran forward and threw the snowball at him, laughing.

"Ah Johnny that got in my hair!" Ghost snapped, trying not to laugh.

"I'm sorry Sir.. But you do look cute covered in snow."

Ghost blushed.

I came across a fallen tree
I felt the branches of it looking at me
Is this the place we used to love?
Is this the place that I've been dreaming of?

Toast smiled and took Ghosts hand. They began to walk and look around. Taking in the beautiful sight of the snowy forest.

"This part has changed." Ghost muttered.

Toast nodded in agreement. "Look Sir!" He pulled Ghost over to a tree. "I think this is the one." he walked over and rubbed a bit of the snow off.

Ghost smiled more. "Yeah. It is. Look, there are our initials."

Toast smiled and squeezed Ghosts hand. He picked up a small nail and carved a heart around them.

Ghost kisses his cheek. "Come on, I want to go and explore."

Toast smirked. "I'm going to get you Sir!" He laughed.

Ghost giggled and ran forward. "Ah no!"

"Yeah I am!" Toast picked up another snowball and threw it at him.

Ghost cried out and fell forward.

Toast gasped and ran forward. "Sir? Are you okay Sir?" he knelt down and shook his best friend and boyfriend.

Ghost suddenly rolled over and threw a snowball at him, hitting Toast in the face. He fell back and shook the snow off of his face, listening to Ghost laughing. He couldn't help but laugh too.

They stood up again and held hands, pulling each other closer as they began walking again.

"This is our place." Ghost smiled.

"Y-yeah.. It is. This is somewhere only we know."

"Johnny, do you remember when we had the old days. When the worst thing that happened was 'we don't have anymore coffee?'"

Toast laughed and pulled Ghost into a hug. "Yeah. Or when we ran out of chocolate."

They both laughed. Toast held Ghosts shoulders tightly.

"Sir.. I wanted to ask you something. Something important."

"Mhm?"

"Johnny Ghost.." he got down on one knee and pulled a box out of his pocket. "Will you marry me?"

Ghost gasped and covered his mouth. "Yes!" He yelled.

Toast stood back up and put the ring on Ghosts finger as he put one on his.

"I love you Ghost."

"I love you too, Toast."

They bother leaned closer and pressed their lips together.

And there they stood, kissing each other and holding each other closely on this lovely, beautiful, snowy day.

I know I said the criminal one would be updated next but I'm having a lot of trouble since I can't save it right now. But that should be around soon.

Anyway it is the Royal wedding today. Wha-hoo!

Uhm yeah the song for this is 'Somewhere Only We Know' but I think it is by Keane or Lily Allen? There are two I think. Since I've heard a Lily Allen cover.

Anyway.
