(DAY 6)
I woke up in my bedroom to the sound of knocking on the door. It was my counsler telling us we're leaving tomorrow in the morning. I really don't feel like leaving Rhode Island. I just want to live here without parents, without friends. To be honest, I don't even want to be on this tour anymore. I'm thinking of ditching and just grabbing a car to go wherever I want. It'd be fun that way, being free.
I shut the door, almost slamming it with my anger of leaving. I took my shower and got ready putting on my black spandex shorts with a tight running shirt. I decided that maybe if I went running it would get my mind off things.
I remember running almost everyday. I would run away from my troubles. Just getting the fresh air circulating on your lungs with the feeling of leaving nothing behind you.
It was chilly today but in a good way. Usually it's super hot out and humid but I felt the water spray up and hit my face. Watch hill was gorgeous, a lot more people walking around with their coffees, some with cameras. I saw a girl sitting down on the ledge where the water was with her guitar. It reminds me I should pick mine up, I haven't played in a few weeks.
I was getting sweaty now so I ran back to the hotel to refresh. I didn't bother checking my phone for texts.
As I was running through the lobby and up to the room a hand grabbed my wrist.
"Hey!" Niall smiled.
"Oh, Niall don't look at me, I look horrible. I'll meet you down here in 5." I ran away waving.
I quickly took my trainers off and put on my flats. I didn't bother changing or taking my hair out of the pony tail because I was to be honest, too lazy. I refreshed my cover up and walked down to greet Niall.
"Hey babe. Breakfast?" He said sweetly, putting his arm around my waist.
"Yeah! Can we go to the place down the street?"
"Of course." He replied. Within those few moment of going upstairs to change there were piles of paparazzi's outside. He turned to me and said "Listen. Don't say anything to them. They'll try to get things out of you by saying rude things. They want us to flip out on them but, try not to get caught up in it." He took my hand and we both barged out of the hotel doors.
"NIALL, LOOK OVER HERE!" "SOPHIA, HOW IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH NIALL?" "NIALL, HOW ARE YOU HANDLING THIS AFTER YOUR EX GIRLFRIENDS DEATH?" "SOPHIA, HOW'D YOU GUYS GET TOGETHER?"
How many questions do they have. It's like little piranhas chomping at the bit. Flashes going off while we were walking down the road. I felt so violated, like every little thing I do will get judged now that i'm with Niall. Nothing will be a secret anymore, unless we make it a secret.
While we were walking I felt something close to my head and then a hit. "Ow." I whispered putting my hand on my head. Someone really did whack me hard. Niall stopped dead in his tracks and turned around. "Get the fuck off my girlfriend before I call the fucking cops. You all hear me?" He yelled pushing the man who hit me. The photographers backed off and were spaced from Niall and me now. I looked up at him to see his eyebrows sewn together and a frown on his face.
"It's alright Niall.." reaching up, I whispered in his ear.
He snapped back "No it's not. They need to know it's not cool doing that." I didn't want to answer because It seemed like he was in a fragile state.
We walked into the shop, he ordered some tea and a scone while I ordered a coffee and an elephant ear.
"What's an elephant ear?" He said confused as we sat down.
