You waited patiently as the MC called out the last performers and on the stage, was now Duke Pyeon and Daniel Park and you smiled.

"The last performance is a collaboration with Vocal and Dance department and Fashion Department!"

Daniel was, like usual, sweating bullets as he was nervous.

"Who's That?"
"He's handsome."
"Like an idol star."

Jay who watched from the distance smiled, seeing Daniel on stage and had a small hope that you would be on too, but you were in the crowd watching as you were mentally cheering for the both of them.

Though, you noticed before they started that the MC kept asking Daniel questions instead of Duke, which made you frown slightly at that, and you only sighed, gonna try to cheer up Duke later.

"Alright, lets begin! Title is: Beautiful Day!"

The music began playing as Daniel stood uncomfortably and remembered Duke's words, and started to sing a bit of harmonizing practice.

"Y-Yeah~.." You were to shock to hear if was quite off key, as the Vocal department looked smug as the rest of the people had dumbfounded expressions.

Duke quickly took over and recovered by rapping, which made everyone's jaws dropped. Everyone was just utterly shocked and stiff at the sound and just stared.

Daniel then remembered your words and gave a small smile as he thought of his mother, and then you, and saw you watching in the crowd and he began singing along.

"Remember, when you're on stage, think of someone special. You're most likely to get nervous, so as long as you relax and think of someone you care deeply about, you won't have any issues."

You smiled, seeing Daniel close his eyes as he imagined someone close to him and sang beautifully, his voice going in harmony with Duke's rapping.

It brought the audience to a shock before they began cheering loudly, listening to the duo perform together.

Zack, Vasco, Jay, Eli, Vin Jin, and several others froze when they heard how amazing it was and stared at him, watching him.

Duke smiled and nodded when he saw Daniel singing and continued rapping along side him.

As they heard Duke rap, the bullies that picked on him opened their mouths, surprised.

The music producer that rejected Duke before letting him audition was staring surprised.

The lead bully, Vin Jin who always made fun of him, his reasoning being, "he's ugly." Was the most shocked of all.

Sweating from exhaustion, the two finished their performance and loud applauding was heard and screams and cheers, along with whistling.

You clapped along to some people and smiled, a bit proud and amazed by the two.

Once they got off stage, they were bombarded with people.

"Danny!"
"Let's take a picture!"
"You were amazing!"

"Duke!"
"You were good!"
"I had no idea."

"So much better then Vin Jin and Jeong-Gi!"
"Sick."
"Totally!"

You heard a bit and you were glad to see Duke recognized as you made your way towards them, but the music producer beat you to it.

Everyone was shouting and talking at once, so you weren't able to hear anything but you did see the man take out his business card and as he held it out, Duke had hope in his eyes, until being ultimately crushed when he heard the name.

"Please Contact Me,"

You were honestly shocked and so was Daniel when he was given it.

"Daniel."

Duke stood there, his hands out as he was gonna take it before realizing it wasn't for him.

"Um what about Duke?.."
"What's a Duke?"
"You just met him."

"Oh, him?..He was good.." The next words left Duke looking down as he stayed silent. "But he's not for this field. We have to give what the people want."

You watched as Daniel asked several questions before declining the offer and you noticed that Duke had ran off, and you frowned, seeing him gone.

You were at home, on your phone as you scrolled through PostBook. You saw the viral video of Daniel singing and performing at the festival, but you noticed all the videos of this had the same thing.

Duke was edited out.

You were better, so you followed Duke to his home during the night as he starting a live stream called Paprika TV.

You sat beside Duke as you stared at the screen and saw the comments. "We haven't even started, and there's already rude comments...." Chubby Daniel mumbled.

"Haha, two piggies."
"Are they gonna eat?"
"How pathetic."

"Hey, that girl's hot!"
"What's she doing with those pigs?"
"Let me get her number!"

You only sighed when you saw them and pulled a strand of your hair back.

"Maybe we should stop." Duke says and turned off the camera. "I got 10 balloons..I guess they're making fun of me."

"Balloons?" You questioned, glancing to him. "Yeah. Each balloon is ten cents." Duke answered, putting the camera away.

"They're worth money?!" Daniel exclaimed and Duke nodded. "Well, you can exchange them for money. Top streamers earn lots of cash."

You gave a small nod of understanding as you watched him look at the screen and website of Paprika TV.

"I also heard that there's a top streamer from the Fashion Department."

You then thought a bit. You didn't think there was anyone in your class who seemed popular and you saw the time and sighed.

"Streamer, Yui Kim."
