Drew's POV

Being at school was super boring. All I can think about is what Emma was going to tell me later on. Eventhough I winked at her, I know that she wasn't going to have sex with me. Something was up with her and I know it. Something is off, something has changed between us. I wish I knew what it was, but I don't. People always say that you can tell whenever something is wrong with someone from a kiss. I guess judging from the kiss that she gave me today, something bad was going to happen.

After chemisty I finally couldn't wait any longer. So I went to go find her, and all I found was Juliet. She said that Emma decided to ditch because she wasn't feeling so good. Somewhere deep inside me, I was kind of relieved that she wasn't feeling too good. That means that whatever she wanted to say to me wasn't going to happen anytime soon. But that wasn't what happened judging from the text message I recieved.

' Hey babe, I just wanted to tell you that I ditched school already. So don't bother finding me afterwards, just come straight to my house.'

'Ok, can't wait to see you.' was all I replied. I didn't know what else to say other than the fact that I really didn't want to go over. Don't get me wrong, I've been there plenty of times already and we always end up doing way more than talking or studying.

But something tells me that she's going to break up with me. I don't want that. I mean I know I'm rich and captain of the football team and can get any girl I want and all that. But I truly love Emma, there's just something special about her. I just don't think that hearing her breakup with me will be the most pleasant thing to hear. I'm not even sure what reaction I was going to give her.

"Yo dude, you coming with us?" Asked Josh, my best buddy.

" No, that's alright. I'll catch you later. And tell coach that I won't make it to practice today."

"Why?"

"Because I'm going to Emma's house after school."

"Damn, better make she sweat dude."

"No, I don't think we're going to do what you think we're going to do today."

"Woah dude, sounds serious. Are you guys alright?"

"Yeah, I guess she just wants to talk about something. So I'm just going to ditch alright."

"Alright dude. Later." With that, he gave me a brother hug, you know the ones with the one hand shake and then the one shoulder hug thing. Yeah those. I admit, I'm a jock, but in my defensive I'm a straight A student. I think I can afford to ditch one class.

Without anymore daydreaming, I walked out the door and drove my Porsche out of the school.
