Ash ran quicker as the sounds of metal clashing against metal and the shouts of battle met her ears. "Liz! Where are you?" she shouted, desperate to find her sister. She felt a brief flash of relief, when an answering-"HERE!" met her ears, and she leapt up one more rooftop. There was Liz, and she was surrounded. Blue was currently locked in a sword fight with her, while Mikey was standing a little ways off, clutching his arm with a pained face. Purple was swinging his bo staff at her, while she was desperatly trying to fend off his attacks. Ash's eyes narrowed into fine slits. She growled. "Liz!" she shouted. Liz's head snapped up, but she remained locked in place against Blue. "Lock arms!" Ash yelled, as she leapt up over the heads of Mikey and Blue. Liz broke away from Blue's sword lock, and whirled in place, as she locked arms with Ash. Ash lifted her bow, and swung as Liz turned. Blue cried out as he was sent stumbling backwards, clutching his face. "Argh! Stupid Foot!" He yelled angrily. Ash's eyes widened, and she opened her mouth to protest, when suddenly- Purple's staff wooshed through the air towards Liz's head. Liz whirled, and Ash swung. "DONNIE!" Blue cried out as Purp-Donnie was sent stumbling dangerously close to the edge. Liz and Ash's eyes widened. Liz reached out, in an attempt to catch him, but Donnie caught himself, and swung back. His staff collided with Liz's head, and the female's arm slipped. The sisters were seperated now. Ash screeched Mikey's chain wrapped around her legs, and pulled her up onto the second roof, a full rooftop away from her sister. Alarm swept through Ash's body. 'Liz! No! I must-help her!' With a fearsome snarl, she snatched the chain in her hands, and with quick, nimble fingers, she freed herself, and lunged at Mikey angrily. Suddenly, a cry of pain caused her to turn her head. Fear stabbed at her mind as she saw Liz stumble-and fall. "NO!" She screamed, and turned. She leapt and ran, using every last reserve of energy in her body to reach the rooftop that seperated her and her sister. She had to--and then Liz fell. Her blond hair whipped about, as she reached out desperatly, her eyes begging for help. Ash screamed as she ran, and without a moments hesitation, she leapt over the heads of Blue and Donnie, and over the edge of the rooftop. "LIZ!" she screamed again, tears forming in her eyes as she fell towards the Irish green form of her sister. Liz cried out, and reached for her. "ASH! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" Ash's fingers just barely grazed those of her sisters. "WE'RE SISTERS LIZ! I AM NOT LEAVING YOU!" Tears were forming in the corners of Liz's eyes, before they closed, and she fell silent. They fell, and as they did, Ash wrapped herself around her sister's limp form, curling around her, clutching her. Desperation piercing Ash's heart, and fear ripping her mind to shreds, she clung to her sister, and closed her eyes as the ground rushed ever closer. "Liz..."
