So, when you are ready the two of you will just push this syringe in and boom we're done. Okay let's go over this again Jaya said sitting up off the table, just so I get it. We put in the speculum and insert the tube and when they are ready they push the syringe down and the semen will flow into your uterus where it will meet the egg that you released the other day. And just like that I'll be pregnant. Well we won't know if you are pregnant for at least a week. A week! Doc can we have minute. Sure, I'll just go make sure everything is ready. Thanks, Ti said to the doctor as she left the room.

I don't know if this right it's so weird. Babe this is the only way for us to do this. Isn't there another way I mean speculums and shit? Wait are you afraid of the speculum? Yall ready Ti said coming back in? Yup we're ready. Let's make a baby the doctor said coming in with the stuff. Okay take a deep breath in while I insert the speculum. Jaya made a face as she inserted and then she calmed down and closed her eyes I rubbed the back of her hand letting her know I was still there with her. Yall ready? Yeah I said nodding. Ti and I went to the other end to literally push the button. Whoa Ti said. Shh I said looking at Jaya. Okay so all you have to do push the syringe down and that's it. Babe! Yeah! Look at us. She looked down at Ti and me and smiled. Ready I said to Ti. Oh yeah, I am ready. 1...2...3 We pushed the syringe down and watched the fluid go into her. That's it ladies the doctor said smiling. That's it. That's it we'll take this out before she freaks out. Thanks Dr. Gibson! No problem I've known her for a long time and I know how much she wanted this.

All set you just need to lay here for a few minutes before you can get up alright. I couldn't even say anything I just started crying. Aww baby don't cry. She isn't even pregnant yet and already crying this is going to be a fun pregnancy the doctor said leaving the room. Jaya I've never seen anything like that in my whole life. Are you talking about the inside of my vagina? No girl! I am talking about us being able to do that I mean I never thought that Li and I would be able to get you pregnant. Well you did! Baby don't cry. It's just I remember the first time being pregnant and I...I didn't know if I was ready to do it and I contemplated doing something that I knew should never have thought of. I am happy I didn't and that I got spend the time I did with her. And I am so grateful that I found the two of you to spend my life with. I love you so much girl Li said kissing my forehead. I looked over and Ti had her head down but I could see the tears falling. I am sorry baby I know you don't like to get emotional. It's okay, I just never thought I'd be able to have a baby and seeing this lets me know that anything is possible. Anything is possible. The 3 of us getting together and making this miracle.
