I've been thinking about what Asia said to me about being able to do what she's done for me for her. Despite me telling her I would I am still conflicted, I love her I really do but this lifestyle has taken to many people from me. I just don't know if I can let myself get involved in it as well.

What's up Ro what you doing here he said as I came into his house? I needed to talk to someone with some sense and you seem to be the most logical person I know at this moment. At this moment huh he said motioning to the seat in front of me. You want something to drink? Naw, I am good. What's up? Your sister and my wife! Jaya and Asia! Oh god what have they done now. Yeah they want the girls and me to get involved in Familia. Oh really he said sitting back in his seat. I nodded my head. How you feel about that? I don't know how to feel Marco, I mean half of me is like I am down for it the other part is nervous as hell because we all got kids. I don't want to lose my children the same way Jaya did. Ro that situation was different that had nothing to do with Familia; it had everything to do with Reggie being jealous of Caine's and Jaya's relationship. He knew they were close, he just didn't think that he get his girl... Caine told Jaya he would take care of Skylar as his own even if she wasn't his but Jaya being Jaya she had to be stubborn and tell Reggie she was his.

Wasn't she? He looked away. Marco was Reggie Skylar's father? It's not my business and I am not 100% sure but you do the math, when she got pregnant Reggie wasn't even in the state. I shook my head, that girl! Trust me I know she's my sister, but she has a good heart and you know she wouldn't put any of yall in danger. If she's wanting to bring yall in now, that means she trusts yall to handle stuff for her and Asia. You think I should go through with this? I am not gonna tell you what to do Ro, but Asia is Jaya's partner and she is also pregnant with your child you gotta be there to watch out for her interests. Not to say that Jaya would pull some shit, but I guarantee Tionne and Lisa are gonna look out for her, so you need to do the same for Asia. He's right, if I don't look out for Asia and I who will, it's not like we have another wife, nor do we want one.

Have you told Reina about your role in it? Yeah, I have we've discussed what should happen if something were to happen to me. I've got stuff set aside for her and she knows what to do as well. She knows that if something goes astray she's to leave the country until Jaya tells her she can come back. If Jaya and Asia are injured as well she knows that she'd to take the kids and our moms and leave Atlanta immediately. This really is a family business ain't it? You know it, we may not all be blood but we a family none the less and we take care of each other. Hmm and what about me if something happens? You, Tionne, and Lisa are the next in line yall would be responsible for handling what the shit was.

His phone started ringing, he looked at it. Perfect timing here is the boss now, he said laughing.

What up sis? Yeah, she's here now actually. Mhm...tonight at 8 alright. Peace! Where we gotta be at 8 tonight? Family meeting at the spot at 8. What about our kids? The moms are watching them for a little bit. Oh okay. You know I've been like a big brother to you Ro for a long time, so I am gonna tell you this on the big brother tip... you need to watch your back with Dallas. Dallas, I said looking at him. Yes, and anyone that is associated with him. Is there something going on with him? We will find out tonight at the meeting.

We pulled up to this office building in downtown Atlanta. Now I know as much about the business as the next person, but I thought all drug business was handled at shady out of the way warehouses in the cuts. Babe why are we at an office building? This is where we handle the business she said undoing her seatbelt. I looked at Li through the rearview mirror and she shrugged. You've never been here Li? Nope didn't even know it existed. Come on babes Jaya said holding the doors open for us. We went up to the top floor and the door opened to an office with all these big picture windows we could see all of Atlanta from it. Wow this is beautiful! Thanks babe, this is our empire Jaya said as we walked down the hallway towards another set of glass doors and into a conference room.
