We walked into the office building going over to the lounge that was between the two sides. Let me make you a drink? I don't...yeah you do, just one I said making her the drink and handing it to her. Mmm she said taking it to the head. And you said that you didn't need it. She looked at me and shook her head. How you doing really Nicki? You know Asia for the last 11 years I've be walking around blaming myself for her death thinking that had I not been so freaking stupid I'd still have my baby girl with me. I thought I'd never find happiness ever again Asia she said letting a few tears slip. I've only seen Jaya cry a few times and usually it led to her doing something reckless afterwards, but this crying wasn't that it was more like she was finally happy. 

Jaya, Skylar wanted you to be happy, so she sent you Lisa and Tionne. They said the same thing. It's so hard losing a child, but I know she is in heaven watching over her family. She really is Jaya and despite the last year of your life. You are in a much better place; no more outbursts and you don't have to take the pills. I know she said sniffling I hated those pills. They always made me feel like I was stuck in a different body. Antidepressant do that to you, it's a way to keep you from doing harm to yourself and others. Yeah can I have another she said handing me the glass. Just one I don't need yo wives busting my asses for getting you back on the wagon.

You remember when Jesse first brought us here, she said looking around. Yeah I wanted to kick yo ass for messing with my man. Hey that would have been a losing battle and you know it. Please Asia you know damn well I can beat yo ass. Yeah right, I'll let you keep thinking that. He told us this was our empire and that we shouldn't fight each other. Ever since then we been tight more like sisters than partners. Yup we have been. Probably always will be. I talked to Jesse and he's talking about getting out of the game. I figured that when I started to see some of our trap houses disappearing. Why the sudden change of heart though? He has Cancer. Cancer! Is he gonna die? Hopefully not he's getting treatment for it, but he's concerned with this you know making sure we are okay. I never understood how he could have a whole family Jaya, yet he still was making sure that we were good. Paying our tuition, making sure we graduated. I don't understand it either, but we got lucky most niggas like him would have used and abused us. But with him it was like he wanted to protect us from all the situations that we were going through.

What does he was us to do if all of this is gone? He wants us to be happy, but this is all we've known, and I don't know if we could live normal lives. You don't want to let it go? Truthfully no, he's offering for us to buy him out. Buy him out of his business. Yeah, we'd for sure be the bosses because we'd be at the very top no one to answer to. Also no one to protect us either Jaya. Remember he takes the heat when we fuck up. I know, which is why I think we should could keep it, restructure, and make some of this money clean. Clean! We need to go legit in some areas and I think everyone at the top needs other things to be involved in. Let me get this straight, no street workers, trap houses, and illegal drugs? Part way, no trap houses, diverse types of street workers and higher priced drugs. Weed and dime bags is okay for a little bit, but there is more out there that can make us a hell of a lot of money. You don't even like drugs though Jaya! I know this, but other folks do, and we can make that money off of it, run it through a legit business and clean it. Then we take that money and reinvest it into our community. I nodded looking at her as I thought about what she said. I am down for that I said sipping my drink.

We've been driving around for hours looking for Jaya and Asia. We've called pretty much everybody in the damn "Family" to see if they had seen them and no one has. Asia didn't answer Ro? No and I've called her like 50 times. Let's just head to the office Ti said. We headed to the office and went up to our floor. I don't know where the hell they could be at it don't make sense for them to disappear like that.
