When I got down stairs it was all decorated with yellow and gray decorations. Despite Ro's prediction we didn't know what we were having yet, so they went with a gender-neutral theme for the shower. I was little taken back because I didn't really get a proper baby shower for Skylar I mean it was what it was but her birth wasn't really accepted by everyone at that time. In fact, if memory serves me correct I didn't have the shower or whatever it was until after she was born and it wasn't exactly a joyous occasion, it was more like she need shit to take care of this baby so we may as well buy it for her.

You don't like it baby, Ti said noticing my expression. No, no it's not that, It's just so beautiful I never had a shower for Skylar. You didn't, I would have thought that Ro would of hooked you up? She did but at the time there was a lot going on and it just wasn't a good time, so it wasn't like this it was more like buy the necessities and don't focus on the fact that she has a baby and besides ended up having Skylar early so the shower or whatever it was came after she got here.

Well this is going to be a better shower I promise you baby. Okay I said smiling at her as we went down the stairs into the living room. You look beautiful baby Li said kissing me on the neck. Thank you! Awe look at you glowing, my mom said approaching us. Am I really. Yeah you are. And look her eyes are lighter Ti's mom said. Yall know what that means? Oh yeah apple won't fall far from that tree either Li's mom said as they laughed. What are they talking about? Apparently when you are pregnant with a girl your eyes get lighter. Your eyes aren't lighter, let me see Li said looking in my eyes. Oh damn they are lighter and beautiful too she said pecking my lips. Don't start that I am still on cloud 9 from Ti. Come on all these people are here for you.

The party was going off without a hitch, Jaya looked beautiful and I don't know what Ti did to her in that room but she was glowing like she looked like a freaking angel in the room. We were all doing our thing Jaya was over talking to some of her friends and Ti was talking to some other people and I was straightening up stuff cause I know how she is about keeping the house clean. Li go enjoy the shower I'll take care of this Ro said coming into the kitchen. I got it, I know how she is. So, do I, but this is your baby shower too so please go and be with your wife you waited all this time to knock her ass up now go in enjoy it. I shook my head laughing okay Thanks Chill I said going back into the living room where everyone was at, when I spotted Sasha sitting in the office. Why is she in there?

Hey Sasha! Oh hey Li. What you doing in here when everyone else is in the living room? Hiding out from my crazy ass family she said laughing. Why, they all on Jaya right now. That don't matter the Donas (don-yas) are already on my ass about when I am going to have kids. Donas! The older ladies Li! Oh okay well I am sure they don't mean any harm. They probably don't but, it's still you know...well never mind. No tell me. It's just that I don't even have a man and I don't even know how to act around guys to even get one.
