Shiro stood in the middle of the training room panting. Matt was a damn good fighter. He could run so many people for their money. Matt ducked his head down leaning on his staff panting softly. Shiro stood up and walked over, "Matt are y- OOF!" Shiro was tripped by him and the wind was knocked out of him as he laid on the floor. Matt was smirking, "What did you say about guards?" He purred. Shiro's eyes narrowed and growled. He closed his eyes, "Give me a concussion and Allura will be screaming at you for weeks." Matt only chuckled and stepped back. Shiro smiled before rolling out of the way, "Alright Mr. Cocky." Shiro hummed standing up, "Ship start training sequence hard. Move up in increments of 12 dobashes." The ship responded dropping the champion. Matt looked at Shiro, "Takashi you have to be shitting me." Shiro smirked raising a brow, "You wanted to train you got training."
Matt groaned and shifted his feet.

Shiro watched as Matt moved swiftly. He was on the balls of his feet, shifting his weight bouncing. He stayed like that for a while. Watching, dodging, calculating. His demeanor changed. He looked like a monster. Shiro saw him tear into what ever he wanted, moving swiftly but his blows were animalistic but calculated. Knowing where to hit and to hit hard. Shiro had seen this once in himself. He switched it off after he was in the arena but it seems Matt was far too broken to be able to switch it on and off by will. His eyes were cold. His body moved to trip the champion and when he did he started to tear into it. His eyes wild before getting kicked back into the wall. Matt slumped and growled. His shoulders rolled back. His body arched forward. His jaw set. He bared his teeth before spitting out blood on the floor. He span his staff and ran to the champion whaling into it. Blow after blow. Hit after hit. Backing it into a wall causing serious damage. Dents where everywhere. Scratches. Matt himself was bruised with a bloody nose. He kept moving. As he received blows his attack only got stronger. Shiro's eyes widened knowing what was going on. "MATT!" The ship seemed to be malfunctioning.

Shiro shoved himself from the wall and ran down the hallway. Allura and Pidge were taking and Shiro grabbed both of them. "Shiro-"
"No time. Malfunction," was all shiro said before dragging them to the training room. Allura walked in and saw Matt hovered over the champion and punching the shit out of it. Shiro stood there shocked. Pidge ran over and grabbed Matt's shoulder. Matt moved in a way to kick her again the wall. Allura walked over and grabbed Pidge before whaling into Matt. The princess was no match for him. Shiro ran over and stepped in between them. "Matt. Stop." Shiro said calmly. Matt move closer. "Matthew Holt. Please." Shiro continued. The look in Matt's eyes showed he was too far gone. Shiro grabbed Matt and twisted his arm behind his back. Matt snaked out and pinned shiro to the wall. The paladin growled. The two fought. Shiro for his life, matt for no reason.

Once shiro was down he went back to Pidge. Shiro got up and ran over and tackled Pidge blocking the blows with his back. Shiro winced and stared at her, he didn't know what to do. He closed his eyes thinking. "Pidge I want you to get up and hit him. Run out of the room and take Allura with you. I started this I will fix it." Pidge nodded and slid out from shiro ran, picked up Allura and ran out locking the door. Shiro rolled out of the way. The staff went to shiro's side. He twisted his body to grab the staff with the pit of his leg right between the calf and thigh. He jumped kicking it into the air. Doing a back flip he kicked the head of the staff across the room grabbing Matt by the waist and flipping him over. Matt moved to get up and charged at shiro. Shiro ran grab him by the back of the neck bringing their foreheads together looking him dead in the eyes, "STOP!" Shiro commanded. Matt's eyes dimmed and he blinked looking at Shiro. He was panting and he fell back closing his eyes, "Yah no training for you.... ever. Till that... is fixed." Matt blinked, "what happened?"
"Let's get to the med bay first.... please."
Math helped Shiro up who winced. Shiro hissed as he started walking. Allura and Pidge allowed them out. Pidge was horrified and Allura held her close like a mother. "He's good. Don't worry." Shiro said reassuringly. Matt looked confused, "what did I do?"
"Med bay Matt.... please my whole body hurts like hell." Matt nodded and helped Shiro down the mess of hallways.
