Chapter 6 - Trouble at Mount Moon

(I don't own Pokemon and it's company)

Ash and his friends are heading towards Cerulean City after taking a nap at the Pokemon Center. Along the way they heard noises in the forests.

"AH! Please someone help me!!!" ??? says. "Uh oh we better go help him!" Ash states as his friends nodded. He ran the way the voice is heard, when he reached the place he saw that a man wearing a lab coat was getting attacked by five Zubats. "Woah." Ash says as he pulls out dexter.

Zubat The Bat Pokemon a Poison and Flying Type - Forms colonies in perpetually dark places. Uses ultrasonic waves to identify and approach targets.

Ash puts away his Pokedex and chooses Pikachu to fight against the Zubats. "Pikachu use Quick Attack!" Ash orders Pikachu to do. "Pika! (You got it bro!)" Pikachu attacks one of the Zubats and the rest noticed him and targeted him instead of the man in the lab coat. "Pikachu now use Thunderbolt!" Ash says. Pikachu releases a Thunderbolt and striked the Zubats in a group and the rest fainted. "Good job Pikachu!" "Pika (Thanks)" "Oh thank you very much for helping me back there I thought I was a goner." "Hey don't worry everyone needs help!" Ash says. "Oh and my name is Seymour the scientist." "Well Seymour... Why were the Zubats attacking you?" Ash says curiously. "Well I think that the Zubats were attacking me because their homes were disturbed so I was going to find out why." Seymour says. "Oh did you find out why?" Ash says concerned for the Zubats. "Well no... But I will find out why, will you help me?" "Sure!" Ash and his friends say at the same time. "Well, come this way." He says pointing to a cave.

Ash, his friends, and the scientist went to the cave to find out why the Zubats were so angry. Ash and friends went to a huge cave and found a mysterious Pokemon that appeared in front of them. "Cle? (huh?)" "Woah look at that!" Ash says pointing at the Pokemon with a Pokedex.

Clefairy The Fairy Pokemon a Fairy Type - It's magical and cute appeal has many admirers. It is rare and found only in certain areas.

"Rare huh? Time for me to catch it!" "Clefairy! (Wait stop!)" Ash stops and listens "Clefairy Cle Clefairy! (I need to get to the ceremony to pray to the moon stone!)" "Oh praying to the moon stone huh pretty cool." "Wait Ash you can understand Pokemon?" "Oh err no hehe..." Ash says in a lie. "I think that it wants us to follow it." Ash says as Clefairy was pointing to a tunnel. Ash's friends think that is very suspicious of Ash to understand Pokemon. Ash and his friends go to where Clefairy has been leading them to, they reached it when it was night time. Ash and his friends stare at amazement as they reached to the spot, where they find a beautiful stone in the middle shining brightly as the moonlight reflects against it. "Woah this place is AWESOME!" Ash says amused to what he sees. Same goes for Misty. Brock still thinking about how Ash understood Clefairy. Seymour starts to research on Clefairy about what they are going to do next.

Somewhere nearby...

"Hey, lookie what we got here," ??? says. "Heh looks like a bunch of kids," ??? says. "Maybe, but remember our catch of the day." "Yeah right... Clefairy."

Back to the gang...

Ash and his friends hear a rumbling sound underneath the Moon stone and then a smoke of cloud blows towards Ash and friends causing them to be blinded by the clouds. "Quick! Pidgey come out and use Gust!" Ash says as he brings out Pidgey, Pidgey used Gust to blow away the smoke. Out came some people in ragged clothes poaching Clefairy with their huge nets. "Uh oh, what do we do now?" says poacher 1, "We battle them that's what we do." "Here we go! Go Golem!" poacher 1 sends out a Golem, "Go, Electabuzz!" poacher 2 sends out  Electabuzz. "Uh oh," Ash says as he pulls out a Pokedex.

Golem The Megaton Pokemon a Rock and Ground Type - Its boulder-like body is extremely hard. It can easily withstand dynamite blasts without damage.

Electabuzz The Electric Pokemon a Electric type - Normally found near power plants, they can wander away and cause major blackouts in cities.

Ash gulped knowing that he may have a disadvantage, but at least he had back up. "Hey Ash mind if I help you take these guys out too?" "Sure thanks Brock." "Stop yapping around and fight us already!" poacher 1 said. "Fine! Go Onix!" Brock sends out Onix for battle. "Now use Thunderbolt on Pidgey Electabuzz." Electabuzz shoots a Thunderbolt to Pidgey. "Onix! Block it!" Onix jumps in front of Pidgey and takes the hit directly, but no damage. "Grr!" Poacher 2 says. "Alright Golem! Use Double Edge against Onix!" Golem charges at Onix. "Onix! Now use Dig!" Brock commands. Onix used dig to dodge the attack then attacked the confused Golem from below. Golem stands up for more of a fight. "Pidgey use Agility then with a Peck towards Electabuzz" Pidgey follows and flew towards Electabuzz in a fast speed using Agility then tackled him with a hard Peck causing him to fall backward. Electabuzz opened his eyes to be greeted with a Rock Tomb above him falling on top of him. Golem grabs the rock from Rock Tomb then throws it back at Onix with Fling. "Pidgey! Quick use your strongest Gust!" "Pidgey! (Take THIS RAH!)" Pidgey flaps his wings insanely hard creating a new move! "Whoa! Pidgey did you use Twister?" "Pidgey (I think so)" "Alright! Now use Twister to finish them off!" Pidgey unleashes a Twister towards them that made Electabuzz and Golem frightened that it was coming their way too quick. The attack hit directly blowing the Pokemon towards the poachers leaving them stuck and defeated.

"Wow that is a good match right Brock?" Ash said happy, "Yea Ash that new move may help you win the next Gym that Pidgey is really becoming your first strongest Pokemon." Brock says complimenting Pidgey. "Pidgey return! you did a good job." Pidgey returns in its Pokeball. "Onix you return too!" Onix returns in its Pokeball as well. Ash approached the bag full of Clefairy and untied the bag. "Cle-Clefairy! (Oh my Thank you Sir!)" Clefairy says blushing??? "No problem" Ash replies. 

 Ash and Brock tied up the poachers and called Officer Jenny to pick up the poachers. When Officer Jenny arrived she was presented by Brock. "Oh Officer Jenny please take me in custody as well! OW! OW!" Brock was interrupted by Misty pulling his ear. "Back off lover boy she's not taking you anywhere." Ash sweat drops again for seeing Brock being too goofy in front of women. "Oh sir are you Ash Ketchum?" "Uh... Yes?" "Oh thank you for helping us get those crooks they were wanted for snatching local Pokemon in the forest." "Hey I helped too Officer Jenny! OW! OW!" Brock states then gets his ear pulled. "I guess I could thank you too, but anyway I would happily help you for helping us in return!" "Umm... I do need to get to Cerulean City, but I like traveling there on foot." "Oh okay, farewell then Ash we thank you for your assistance in taking in the poachers." Officer Jenny says as she leaves them behind. "So... is anyone feeling tired?" Ash yawns. "Yep." Brock, Misty and Seymour says yawning. "Let's just set up camp here really quick." Ash and friends set up camp and slept for the night.

Next morning...

Ash and his friends were packing up their stuff to go to Cerulean City. "Hey Seymour we will be going our separate ways is that okay with you?" Ash says to Seymour. "Sure! I need more time to research the Clefairy in Mount moon because I have a theory that they may have came from space!" Seymour says excited for learning about Clefairy. "Okay then bye!" Ash says saying farewell to Seymour. "Bye Ash safe trip!" "You too Seymour! Be careful of the Zubats!" Brock says leaving Seymour to be a little embarrassed about that time. 

And so the Journey Continues!
