"it's so nice to have you back Oliver." Zach's mother greets him with open arms.

"We missed you buddy" josh says

"Welcome home" Zach's father says

Oliver hugs everyone and the last person is Alice.

"O-oliver?" She asks

He nods. "I'm back alice"

They both sob in each other's arms and grip onto another like their lives depend on it. "Oh god I missed you so much! I-I'm so sorry" Alice exclaims

"It's okay Al I'm here I'm back." Oliver says and Alice freezes. She lets go and stares into his blue eyes. Oliver smiles and she awkwardly smiles back.

"R-right. Excuse me for moment. It's really hot in here I need some air" She turns and leaves out the front door.

Zach frowns.

"What was that all about ?" Oliver asks with a pout.

"I think your death hit her hard. She has been acting strange according to josh and she just doesn't seem herself." Zach explains.

"I'm sorry Oliver she must still be shaken up about the entire thing." josh apologizes

" no it's fine don't get mad at her. I would be the same way if my best friend died and had a concussion." Oliver says

...

"Umm How could you know that? You were dead ?" Josh questions

"O-oh Yeah well When Alice an I were trapped I remember seeing James hit her over the head with a large rock. I just assumed she had a concussion." Oliver shrugs

"Good guess." Josh says "excuse me while I go check on her I don't want her being alone for a long time" josh leaves out the door and Zach pulls Oliver in for a hug.

"I missed you so much." He breathes and Oliver smiles hugging his mate back.

"So did I"

"Come darling you must be starving" Zach's mother says pulling him out of Zach's grip.

"Yeah I am actually now that you mention that." Oliver chuckles and she pulls him into the kitchen.

Zach smiles. It felt good to have everything back to normal well almost. Once he kills James then he will be fulfilled and feel content.

"Zach" josh calls and Zach turns his head around to his best friend.

"Yeah?"

"Um I think something is wrong with Alice." He says and Zach frowns.

"Why?"

"Well... she is saying weird things. Almost like chants and when I tried to touch her she- she shocked me." Josh explains

Zach chuckles. " Alice ? Doing that? Are you nuts? I know she is having a hard time comprehending what happened but she can't shock you. She's human Joshua"

"I know that but I'm telling you. Ever since the 'death' she has been acting different. I thought Oliver waking up would help snap her out of it but I was wrong. I'm worried Zachary." Josh says, fear clearly seen on his face.

"Stop freaking yourself out. I'm sure she's fine. She is shaken up with the fact her best friend was dead and came back to life. Look just give her a couple of days and she will be back to normal." Zach smiles and josh nods

"You're right i need to calm down. I'm freaking myself out and imagining things" josh says and Zach slaps his back in a friendly matter.
