(Basically Otabek had to leave for 2 months due to his mom dying or somthing)
(Yuris pov)
Me and Phichit sat in my room fooling around until I remembered I needed to call Otabek and immediately pulled out my phone while Phichit went on Intsagram and looked at other things.
(Y= Yuri O=Otabek )
Y: Hello, is everything good right now? I just wanna check in.
O: Everythings good, How are you?
Y: that's good! Everyone seems to be fine.... well actually Yurio seems depressed I don't know what's wrong with him but he seems like he's getting better. We haven't had any practice because Victor said we could all take a break until you get back. We still have to go to the Rink but we can do whatever we want and Yurio hasn't really been himself.
O: aw, I'll call him later. I hope he's alright. Has he been eating well?
Y: yeah, I think so. He doesn't look sick or anything he just isn't acting himself.
(They finish there conversations and go to bed Otabek agreeing to call Yurio in the morning.
(Time skip)
(Like some time in the morning)
Otabek never got the chance to call Yurio but did call Yuri
(Same things as before (Y and O because I'm a lazy fuck but if I ever do upload this I'll do good editing)
O: I already called the Victor and he was fine with it but I need to stay another month
(His voice was shakie and he seemed like he was about to cry)
Y: ok, is everything alright?
O: n-no my mom got worse overnight. I barely have time so I can't call Yuri. Just make sure everyone stayed healthy. Ok.
O: ok. Don't worry.
(Time skip)
I waited until Yurio was the last one at the \Rink. I had already told the others but I just wanted to see if this was why he was sad and if not I want to know the awnswer before it hurts him.
"I should get going." He kept his eyes to the ground and went to the door.
"Actually, um Yuri, I need to talk to you for a minute." His body stiffened and he turned around
"Has everything been ok? Your acting different. I'm worried. Has anything happened?" He shook his head avoiding eye contact.
"Ok then, but also, Otabek has to add another month."
He looked like he was just crushed. Yuri looked up and I saw a line of tears forming on his eyes so I walked over to give him a hug as he felt like he broke then cried into my arms I rubbed his back then sat us on the bench I felt his tears seap into my shirt and on my skin.
He started coughing because he was crying so hard
"Are you ok?" I asked trying to move his position so he could get more air and grabbed a tissue and wiped away his tears.
"He got up and took a few deep breaths then nodded
"I'm sorry." He looked at his feet "I don't know what happened I just..."
"You miss Otabek?" He nodded
"I don't know why. I know he's not hurt but I just start crying when I think about him, I don't know what's wrong." Yurio held his face in his hand. Tears still flowing
" why am I like this... I can't be away from someone for only a couple of months and there not even family. There's no way it's heathy. There's something wrong with me."
I rubbed his back slowly.
"There's nothing wrong with you Yuri. I could ask him to call you when ever he has time but his mom is sick and we can't do anything about it, and trust me I miss him too; mainly because he's not working like the rest of us but it can't be helped. I'm sure he'll be able to call you in the next month just try not to think about it.
He whipped his eyes and got more comfortable on the couch turning on the tv set in the studio then soon falling alseep.
Because the van was already gone i decided to walk home, it was only 15 mins and yurio is pretty light so it wouldnt be much of an issue.
it was cold outside so he shifted in my arms a few times trying to become more comftorble. "Just around this corner." i whispered soon making it to the door trying to get my keys without dropping yurio.
I soon put him in his room and covered him in blankets. "I promise he'll come back soon" i said as i pat his head walking out of the room and into mine and victors.
(Btw i wrote this as a bts thing a bit ago so if you see mistakes i litterally just changed the names and some stuff lol)
