 Here is THE NEXT Chapter of SUNRISE. Sorry for the Cliff hanger. Sorry for the Cliff Hanger AGAIN. I hate doing this to my readers. Watching them suffer with the cliff hanger that I had just left.

I shall stop now rambling and get on with this story.

Keefe POV:

I didn't mean to kiss Sophie, but I kind of did mean to at the same time. I also made up being confused about the rooms. I didn't know what came over me, just the sudden urge to say "Hi" to Sophie. I seriously hoped she had the same urge to see me. But my real issue was Grady walking in. Thank god he didn't.

I was twirling Iggy's belly fur in between my fingers. This is going to be REALLY awkward when Foster comes back out.

5 minutes later

Boy.

It does not take very long to get dressed. Well, unless you were Biana. I was seriously considering going into the bathroom again when she came out. I hope she didn't see me flinch, because the wave of nervousness was overwhelming.

"So... That just happened." Sophie said chewing on her lower lip.

"Yep." I said smirking. The urge to kiss her again was irresistible. We just stared at each other because no one knew what to say next.

Iggy decided that was the best moment to let out a belly-shaking burp.

"Ew." Sophie said

"Ditto" I replied

"I found a Neverseen symbol" Sophie blurted, her emotions were spiking everywhere.

"Where?" I said, startled.

"It was part of the bomb."

"Do you still have it?" I asked

"Yeah." She said standing to grab it.

I my eyes followed her as she crossed to grab the scrap. Her hands shook as she reached into her desk drawer. She showed me and the eye was as startling as the first time I saw it. I wish the Neverseen would just bury themselves deep in the earth and never come out again. And let themselves burn, with the Earth's core thingy.

I sounded like Fintan.

I shook my head clearing my thoughts. I really wanted to kiss Sophie again, just so I could ask her If she wanted to go out with me. But the risk of Grady walking in on us(asking her out or kissing) was just to high.

"Hey, do you want to come to The Shores Of Solace tomorrow? You know it's a good place to think. And my dad is out on a work trip so he won't walk in on anything." I completed my sentence with a smirk and a wink for added comedic flare. I was joking, kind of.

I could see Sophie's cheeks heating up.

Teasing her was just to easy.

And not to mention fun!

Sophie POV

I was wondering whether to kiss him again, and decided that Grady would HAVE TO accept who I wanted to date. Or else...

Keefe POV

I was only a little bit surprised when Sophie kissed me again. I mean, who wouldn't?

Sophie POV

I was already sitting next to him, so I just moved even closer. I was already almost sixteen, Grady would probably freak that I was dating Keefe.
