Continuation from the first one shot
Emma couldn't sleep all night , she sat in the arm chair in the corner of the room and stared at the bed where her and her wife were supposed to be sleeping but aren't because Regina did a stupid thing and broke Emma's heart .
Regina was waiting in Grannys and looking at her wedding ring , she took it off her do her and put it in her pocket unsure if she was even married anymore .the door dinged and she thought it was Emma but it was Robin , he walked over to her and sat down beside Regina "Regina what's going on ..you don't look good " Regina laughed " I'm not ..emma knows , she knows ..i cheated Robin ..i cheated on the woman I love " Robin grabbed Reginas hand " you guys will fix things ..you guys are the saviour and Queen ..you were meant for each other " Regina shook her head "I broke her heart Robin ..she dissent want me back " Robin sighed "your not fighting hard enough for this Regina ..dont give up !" Robin stood up and hugged Regina , just then Emma entered " Regina " she sounded monotone " Emma .." Regian said " I'll leave you two to it then " Robin said "thanks Robin " Emma said patting his shoulder .
" do you want to sit ..or get something to eat ?" Regina asked unsure of what her wife wanted ..she has never seen Emma like this , she felt like she barley knew her "I'm not hungry , can we go to the docks ..its too busy in here " Emma asked .Regina nodded and opened the door for Emma
" thanks " was all she said ,they walked in silence to the docks until they came to the bench where Emma proposed. Regina sat on the bench but Emma was standing look I g out on the water in front of Regina .
" your not wearing your ring " Emma said turning around to look at Regina " I didn't think- I don't think you want to be married to me after what I did " Emma sighed " Regina i made a vow when I married you that I would fight for us ..for as long as I could " Regina started " I'm s-" Emma cut her off "sorry I know ! ..yoi keep saying that but everytimes you say it it has less and less meaning Regina , I don't want apologies .I don't want broken promises .I want my wife in our bed at night . I want family dinners.i want i love yous and I want us to be able to trust each other .. " Regina dropped her head " but you don't- trust me anymore " Emma sat down beside Regina at the end of the bench "no I don't ..but that dosent mean I stopped loving you .I will never stop loving you , your my everything Regina ." Regina was now crying " Emma I never meant for any of this to happen ! I want all of that stuff too ..i know I made a stupid mistake and I'm sorry I really am but I-i I don't know ..i know I was starting g stupid arguments because I thought you didn't want to be around me because I was stressed about work .. I was scared you found someone else " Emma sighed and looked at Regina "you should've just asked Regina ! I would be told you if you were that worried about it ..you didn't need to go get drunk and sleep with Robin " Regina nodded , sniffed and wiped her tears away the best she could "I don't need to keep telling you how much you messed up, you know what you did and I'm sure you've punished yourself over it already " Regina nodded " I didn't sleep Emma I was so sick ..i really love you so much ..with all my heart and I would rather die than see you like this " Emma wiped away a tear that fell " I'm so mad Regina ..i want to hug and kiss you and tell you it is okay and that I live you but I-i don't even know what you want from me ...do you want this ?" Regina grabbed Emma's hands from habit and looked her in the eyes " I want this more than you know Emma ..i want you to let me show you how much I'm sorry , I know it will take time and I'm prepared to fight for this for as long as you would let me " Emma slipped her hands out of Reginas grip and looked back towards the water , Regina was sure she lost her wife for good .
" give me your wedding ring " Emma said " what ?" Regina questioned "give me your ring " Regian reached in her pocket and gave her ring to Emma "give me your left hand " Emma asked and reached out for Reginas hand
" Emma i-" she was cut off before she could finish " shut up for a second "Emma said , she took Reginas hand and pushed the wedding ring back onto her finger . Reginas head shot up to look at Emma " you are my wife . I love you and I want to fight for this , I promised to fight for this relationship and we have been through too much to let this break us " Regina threw her arms around Emma's neck and sobbed happily into Emma's neck "I promise you Emma swan that I will be the best wife and the best Regina i can be from now on " Emma hugged Regina back and took in that vanilla and cinnomen sent she loves "don't try be the best Regina ..just me my Regina " Emma let go of Regina and looked at her " this is going to take time ..i will sleep in Henry's old nursery or the couch for now and we need to talk to Henry ..he deserves to know everything " Regina shook her head " no Emma I'll sleep on the couch ..i deserve it " Emma wiped a tear from Reginas cheek " I need to trust you again ..and you need to learn to trust me more and let go of your insecurities..okay ?" Regina nodded " okay" .Emma stood up and held out her hand
"then let's go home"
