Henry walked down the stairs of the big house he shared with his two mom's in jeans and a hoodie , he walked through the foyer and stood in the doorway of the sitting room
" hey kid " Emma greeted her son before turning her attention back to the movie they were watching "where's mom ?" He asked his blonde mother " she's in the kitchen making popcorn " Emma replied not peeling her eyes away from the screen .
Henry nodded and dragged his feet into the kitchen where his smaller mother was making popcorn "hey momm-mom " Henry greeted shyly "hey baby , what's up " Regina asked giving her full attention to her teenage son , Henry kicked the ground softly with his foot before leaning on the island with his elbows " so there is this house party next -" he didn't even get to finish before Regina cut him off " absolutely not Henry " Regina walked around her son and into the sitting room to her wife , Henry was right behind her questioning her answer " but you haven't even heard what I was going to say !" Henry whined " I don't need to , your fifteen your not going to a house party " Regina retorted , Emma sighed and paused the tellie before sitting up to look at her son stood in the middle of the sitting room "what party kid?" Emma was cut off by Regina again " no way ! Emma we are not doing this " she demanded
" doing what Regina ?" Emma questioned " me being the bad guy and you being the 'cool mom ' ...im not doing it tonight , I said no Henry " Regina raised her voice , Emma sighed " we don't do that Regina ...and Henry I thought that party was in Jack's house ?" Emma asked her son " it was but Jack's house is too small and Eric's has a pool " Henry reasoned . Emma nodded " okay , well it's your friends house and as long as you don't drink and are home by eleven I have no problem with it ..you know this " Emma said to her son making him smile and nod .
" I know but mom won't even listen " Henry whined " because there is alcohol and your fifteen . Not to mention it's on a school night , and Eric lives out of town " Regina spit getting angrier by the miniute from her son and wife ganging up on her " Emma stood up to calm her wife who pushed her hand away " no Henry and that's final " Regina scolded " this is bullshit ! You never let me doing anything " Henry shouted , both his mother's were surprised by the language choice " Henry bud ," Emma sighed " Henry Daniel Mills ! Get back here now " Regina shouted but Henry had already let the hall Door slam behind him .
Emma walked to the window to see her son run down the drive and out onto the street , Regina was putting her jacket on when Emma stopped her " stop it . He will come back when he is ready " Emma reasoned " I'm going to look for him " Regina spit
" No your not " Emma said sternly to her wife , Regina scoffed and threw the keys into Emma's chest " fine . You do it ! , and when you come back you can sleep on the couch " Regina sassed before walking to the stairs "what is your problem Regian ! It's a party we went to them at that age " Emma sassed back making Regina storm over to her " we were eighteen , that's totally different Emma and you know it !" Regina shouted " no its not ..give the kid a break he dosent drink, your making it seem like you don't trust him ..trust me I know " Emma shouted back , Regina laughed bitterly " don't do that !" She scolded " do what " Emma challenged back " relate to him ! And be the cool mom ..for once be responsible will you " Regina seethed , it came out more bitterly than Regina had hoped " oh really ...responsable okay ..you know what Regina just go to bed " Emma spit before walking out the front door and down the drive way , by the time Regina ran to the door to apologise Emma was gone down the street
" shit" Regina scolded herself and stormed up the stairs to her room .
Emma zipped her jumper up and walked around town to possible places Henry would be , she walked into Grannys to stop to talk to Ruby and have a hot chocolate to give Henry a bit more time to cool off , Ruby said she seen Henry with Jack and Voilet heading towards the docks . Emma walked along the docks until she spotted the three sitting down on the edge of the dock smoking what smelt like weed to Emma and drinking beer from a can .
