Emma finished her shift early and picked Henry up from school , requested by Regina . Henry jumped into the front of the yellow bug "why did you pick me up ma , I'm fifteen now ..i can walk " Henry groaned embarrsed his friends seen his mother picking him up from school .
" seatbelt " Emma demanded before driving off " your mother asked me to pick you up so you wouldn't be late coming home " she added pulling into the drive of Reginas home " Henry nodded " are you having dinner with us tonight or do you have to work " he asked pouting " no I'm home" Emma replied earning a smile from her son .
They got out of the car and Emma opened the door with her key , they took off their shoes because Regina is a clean freak and they hung their coats up before stepping into the foyer " come on let's do your homework " Emma said ruffiling her son's hair " and don't even say your too grown up for help because I see you struggiling with your art projects" Emma stated smirking at her son .
Regina heard chatter coming towards her so she stepped away from the kitchen " hello my Prince, how was school " Regina asked kissing her son's forehead " good , what's for dinner?" He asked smelling spices . Regina smiled and kissed her wife hello " well I thought I'd mix it up a bit and make one of my Abuela recipes " she stated confidently "smells yummy " Emma said holding her wife by the waist , Regina hummed in approval and bit her lip before kissing Emma softly "ew get a room ..i what you enough I don't need to see it " Henry screeched crossed out by the pda of his mother's who just laughed and broke apart .
Emma and Henry had been working on his business homework for twenty minutes and both if them were finding it hard to get the right answer to the question , they tried different formulas and ways and all had the same answer ..the wrong answer "mom can you help ?" Henry asked his other mother who was busy cooking in the kitchen " of course " Regina answered walking over and glancing at the paper " you have to devide your answer with the number you started with " she said walking around the island back to the stove , Emma and Henry both grunted and shook their heads " this is bull-" Emma began but was cut off by Regina " don't finish that sentence Ms.Swan " Emma sighed and rolled her eyes .
Dinner was finished , Henry and Emma set the table while Regina put everything onto plates . " okay let's eat " Regina said . Everyone took a bite of their food , Henry and Emma hummed their approval of the new dish.
" so I'm guessing we will add this to the yes list " Regina asked when they were cleaning up . Emma brought the plates to the sink " all of your dishes are amazing babe " she cooed kissing her wife's cheek " ye mom you make amazing dinners " Henry agreed before he ran up the stairs to his room .
Emma washed the dishes while Regina picked out a movie for them to watch because it was the weekend
" what about the notebook ?" Regina shouted from the sitting room " um no we watched that two weeks ago " Emma shouted back " the longest ride ?" Regina asked when Emma walked into the doorway drying a pot " umm go again" Emma asked " safe haven ?" Regina said , Emma nodded and smiled " yea let's watch that " she said walking back into the kitchen to put the dried dishes away .
Emma walkedninto the sitting room to Regina already cuddled up on the couch under a blanket ready to press play "move over " Emma stated plopping down and putting her feet on the coffee table " feet down Swan " Regina scolded , Emma put her feet down but straight back up when Regina looked away .
They were halfway through the movie when Henry walked down the stairs in a shirt and jeans and his hair combed back " where are you off to ?" Emma asked surprised her son wasn't playing video games " oh just to the arcade with a few friends ..im staying in Jack's house " he said before running out the door " don't forget your - " the door slammed cutting Regina off " jacket " she finished causing Emma to chuckle beside her
" what ? I don't want him catching a cold " Regina defended " Gina , he's a teenager ..they don't listen when their told to bring jackets ...i never did " Emma said " yea well you were a problem child " Regina sassed " oh really now ?" Emma smirked and grabbed Regina.
She pinned her wife down on the couch and straddled her
" don't ..emma don't you dare !" Regina squealed. Emma tickled Regina making her riggle and giggle
" okay okay ...OKAY STOP " Regina shouted out of breathe from laughing . Emma stopped tickling her , she bent down and kissed her wife softly eating a whimper from the brunette when she pulled away .
Emma sat back on the couch and Regina jumped onto her lap straddling her , Emma put her hands on Regina hips , Regina grabbed Emma's face and kissed her hungrily
" mmhmm " Emma moaned out squeezing her wife's ass , they made out for more than a few minutes before Emma pulled away " Regina we can't " she said gently pulling her wife off her " why ?!" Regina questioned " Regina ...you know exactly why " Emma scolded .
Regina grunted and stood up " where are you going " Emma questioned
" well you don't want to have sex with me anymore so I'm going to bed " Regina spit walking up the stairs . Emma jumped up off the couch
" Regina ..Regina !" She called
" what !" Regina asked tears in her eyes and anger all over her face "of course I want to have sex with you , I love you ..but -" Regina cut her wife off " But what Emma? Huh what's the reason?" Regina shouted " the doctors said we should wait " Emma sighed , Regina walked sown two steps " it's been two months Emma ! I had my appendix out I'm not dying" Regina confessed angrily storming up the stairs . Emma sighed and kicked the wall " shit " she hissed .
Emma waited a couple if minutes before going to bed to let Regina cool down . Emma walked into the room and changed out of her jeans and shirt into a tank too and pjama bottoms , she went to the bathroom to clean up before bed . Regina was sitting up in bed on her phone . When Emma was done and shut off the bathroom light Regina took off her glasses , put her phone on her bedside locker and turned off her lamp . Emma climbed into bed and Regina turned her back to Emma so Emma laid away from Regina , Emma slowly fell asleep .
Regina heard a noise downstairs and woke up , she waited just in case it was nothing but then she heard a press close and she started to get scared , she tapped Emma but she didn't wake up so she shook her "what Regina!" Emma spit " someone is downstairs " Regina said frightened " what ?" Emma asked half asleep but then their was a loud thump and they both jointed up . Emma climbed out of bed and opened her bedroom door,She walked over to her side of the bed and pulled a bad shall bat from underneath it " what the he'll is that doing under there for ?!!" Regina questioned surprised she never noticed that before " for times like this " Emma stated before walki g out of the room " stay there Regina , if I'm not back in five minutes lock the bedroom door and call David " Emma said, Regina nodded .
Emma slowly walked down the stairs and into the hallway , she checked all of the offices and other rooms and then the sitting room , she last went into the kitchen . She turned the light on . Henry was sitting at the island eating a bowel of cereal at two in the morning , Emma lowered the bat and knew by the look of her son he was high " Henry bud , what are you doing " she asked leaning on the counter " I had a brownie in Jack's and then i felt sick so I came home but now I'm hungry ...really hungry " Henry confessed with his face in the bowl of cereal " Okay kid let's get you to bed " Emma said grabbing her son's shoulders . She turned the security alarm off and put Henry to bed quietly " night kid " she said before kissing his forehead " night ma " he cooed before cuddling up to his blankets .
Emma walked back down the hall and opened her bedroom door , Regina gasped and Emma turned the light on " Regina , Relax ...its just me " Emma said putting her hands up . Regina grabbed her chest " oh god Emma you scared me " Regina scolded . Emma out the bat against the wall and times of the light climbing into bed " what was it " Regina asked " nothing " Emma said lying " just a window open " she added , Regina nodded and laid back down . She slowly inched her way over to Emma so she was flushed up against her back , Emma turned around to face Regina , she wrapped her arm around the smaller woman's waits and kissed Reginas nose then forehead " I'm sorry " Emma apologised " no I'm sorry...i shouldn't of pushed you " Regina said , Emma shook her head before pushing a piece of Reginas hair behind her ear
" you didn't push me I just didn't want to hurt you " Emma Replied , Regina nodded and snuggled into Emma's chest " I love you " she cooed against the blondes chest " I love you too Regina Maria Mills " Emma said before pulling Regina as close and she could get before falling asleep .
