Regina is a phycologist in Boston , she gets a phone call from Asylum Prison asking if she can evaluate a prisoner , they wouldn't tell Regina who it was but a file was dropped off at her apartment the night before she was to meet this person.

Regina sat down on her couch with a glass of wine after a shower and decided now would be the best time to look at this person file ...or maybe she shouldn't look but she has too .She opened the file and on the first page were personal details .

She decided against reading the file because she wants to know this Emma Swan on her own terms ..thats how she works with all her patients.
When morning came Regina got dressed and drove to the prison , she was greeted by another phycologist Archie , she knew him from case crossover and the prison warden Mr.Gold " hello Mrs.Mills , welcome to Asylum " Mr.Gold said shaking her hand " it's Ms. Mills..and thank you , I look forward to seeing what it is you want me to look at " both of the men looked confused " you didn't read the file ?" Archie asked " no ..that is not my diagnosis nor my opinion on this Emma Swan so I will make my own file " Archie nodded and gestured for Mr.Gold to show Regina to her room that she would be seeing Emma in .
It was a white room with black out curtains on the one b if window there was , a couch and an armchair , a desk and a computer on that and a few file cases "think of this as your ...office , I realise you have a job but this might take some time so I'm prepared to offer you a weekly salary " Gold said handing Regina the key to the door " i understand and I wont be leaving until I sort this out , and I have rules " Regina said putting her bag on the table " I don't work wensdays or weekends ..i require two hours in the morning then an hour in the evening , I want full access to all of her files and progress and I want to be left alone completely during our sessions " Archie went wide eyed "Regina ...she is dangerous , one of the most at that surely you don't want to be left alone with her " he finished and Regina laughed " oh but I do ..those are my requests oh and don't disturb my sessions no matter what ...understood ?" Gold and Archie nodded seeming a bit afraid of Regina . " oh and I want to start now" Gold nodded " she will be with you within the hour " he said and walked out of he room .
Regina sat at the desk and set her things up , her laptop .her files. A picture frame and other books and files . She put a pile of adult colouring books on the table beside the arm chair and a pot of colours.
Emma was in her cell minding her own business when it opened "come on Swan , your going to meet a phycologist " officer Jones said "you know hook , it is only nine in the morning ..a little too early for jokes " Emma said stretching " I'm not joking , Gold thinks your crazy " Emma laughed " I would believe him" Emma said holding out her hands to be cuffed " yea yea ..come on we don't want to be late " Emma rolled her eyes " if it's some fat , old dude with a smokers cough I will hurt you " killian laughed and shoved Emma playfully "move it" .
When Emma got to the door she had to wait outside while Killian did a security check to make sure it was safe " in we go Swan " he said helping Emma up who was cuffed by the feet and hands " well there is no need for that now is there , undo them cuffs " Regina ordered , Emma looked at Regina then to Killian " don't...she might kill me " Killian held back a laugh and opened the cuffs " I'll be right outside if you need anything Ms Mills " Killian walked do it and closed the door behind him , Regina moved from around the back of the desk " sit anywhere you like " Emma moved to the couch and sat on it " comfy ..im surprised usually newbies get the shit rooms " Regina noticed a slight accent " Boston ?" She questioned .Emma nodded " good ear Mills " Regina nodded and sat in the arm chair "I lived there for a year , nice city " Emma got comfortable " I wouldn't know , I was too busy running away from my past " .
Regina sat across from Emma "no notepad ?" Emma asked sarcastically, Regina shook her head " that's not how I work " Emma nodded " so do you just want to list of the questions ..sign my crazy forms and be out of here ?" Regina was surprised at the way Emma was talking about her previous process
" is that what the rest did ?" She asked crossing her legs " I've had six phycologists in the last ten years since I've been here apart from Archie and none of them have cracked me ..and you won't either " Emma looked away from Regina and around the room "is there a reason you have to check the room multiple times?" Regina asked , Emma looked at Regina and shrugged " could it be that your closterphobic ..no because your cell is relatively smaller ..no your not looking for a way to escape ..your looking to make sure it keeps people out .your seeing if it's safe " Emma shifted in her seat slightly and laughed " even if it was Mills I'm not going to cry about it " .
After about fifteen minutes of silence Regina spoke up " okay Em-ma ..this is what's going to happen , I have you again today and then twice for the rest of the week ,I want you to tell me three things you haven't told those other six phycologists by the end of the week .then we can start to build a proper file for you " Emma looked at Regina and tried to figure out her angle on this but it didn't seem as though she had one "can't you just read my file " Emma sighed " no ..not if you don't want me to " Regina replied , Emma half laughed " you want my permission to read my files?" Regina nodded " go ahead ..its all just bullshit anyway " Regina stood up " and that is why I want you to tell me ...i want the truth not whatever is easiest " Emma nodded and walked to the door " okay Hook , ready to set sail ?" Killian laughed and rolled his eyes " full steam ahead Captain " he said sarcastically while finishing the handcuffs " see you tonight Mills" Emma said turning around " yes you will."Regina replied before closing the door , sitting down at her desk and opening the file .
