Emma and Regina had a fight about Emma working late and being out of town all of the time , Regina walked out and went to a bar and got drunk .Emma felt bad and went to apologise to her wife but found her cheating with none other than Robin .
Emma didn't say anything for a whole week to see if Regina would tell her and assure her it was a mistake but she acted like it never happened and when Emma came home late from work again Regina started an argument .

Emma walked through the front door of the house she shared with Regina and her fifteen year old son , she put her keys in the bowel and took off her jacket .she could hear Regina in the kitchen and Emma wasn't in the mood for an argument after the day she had , especially knowing what she knows .
Emma tried to give Regina a hug but Regina brushed her off "Dinner is in the microwave , I'm sure you know how to use it " Regina stated coldly before getting another glass of wine , Emma shook her head " yes Regina I know how to work the microwave " she went to the microwave and heated up her food ..lasagne her favourite . " how was your day" Emma was trying really hard to not start an argument but Regina wasn't
" i went to bring you lunch today and you weren't at work Emma ...you hadn't been all day , where were you ?" Regina questioned .Emma didn't even have time to process the information before Regina was off again "you know what I don't care ..dont tell me I'm sure whoever you were with is worth your time more than your family " .that's it Emma thought to herself and turned around " are you kidding me ?! " she said raising her voice " excuse me " Regina asked bitterly putting her wine glass down on the table " you actually have the nerve to accuse me of cheating on you ...are you serious Regina! " Regina just rolled her eyes "Emma you don't come home and your never here anymore what am I supposed to think !" Emma had enough and stormed around the island " how about oh my wife is working her butt off to provide for her family or my wife was trying to plan a family get away as a surprise for her wife's birthday ! ...no ? You just assume I cheated THATS RICH COMING FROM YOU REGINA " .
Regina gasped and her eyes went wide ..no she thought to herself , she didn't find out " what are you-" Emma slumped down in a chair at the dinner table " I seen you Regina ...i caught you with him " Emma ran her fingers through her hair " what ? So now you don't have anything to say ..when you were caught out " Regina didn't bother stopping the tears that fell from her eyes
" Emma...i didn't want to say anything because it didn't mean anything I was drunk and angry with you ! I didn't ..it was a mistake " Emma stood up and walked to the back porch
" cheating isn't a mistake Gina , it's a choice ...a choice you made " Regina tried to grab Emma's hand but she pulled it away
" no .. baby I swear , i woke up and regretted it ...i felt so sick and when I came back and seen you I couldn't bare the thought of losing you "
" I went to apologise ...i felt horrible for keeping it from you so I got you your favourite flowers and Ruby gave me the card key for your room at grannys...i seen you on top of him " Emma said trying to hold back tears
" i- I didn't mean to ..just give me a second chance baby please " Emma laughed " Regina I love you more than i love myself ! Do you not think I want to forgive you ? I do but what you did ..." Regina was getting frustrated at the fact she might loose Emma to a stupid mistake so she took it out on her " And I said I was sorry! " Emma shouted back
" SORRY DOSENT MEAN A THING REGINA ! YOU WERE SO AFRAID I WAS CHEATING BUT YOUR THE ONE WHO DID IT ...WHAT THE FUCK?! I WAITED A WEEK FOR YOU TO COME CLEAN AND YOU DIDN'T ! YOU WOULDN'T OF FUCKING TOLD ME IF I JUST TOLD YOU I CAUGHT YOU !"
Regina wasn't used to Emma shouting at her so she flinched and stepped back " I'M SORRY I'M SORRY OKAY I DON'T DESERVE YOU BUT I... just need a second chance to prove to you that it was a mistake ..please don't give up on us " Emma wiped away her tears "i don't think I want to give you a second chance...you have thrown everything we built away Regina..if you brake a plate and say sorry it doesn't go back to the way it was so what makes you think this will ?" Emma was now so angry she just wanted to punch a wall " was I not good enough...i mean I know you and him had a past but -" " no Emma! You are everything to me .. You are more than enough , I'm an idiot I know that and I'm trying to fix this ..i want to fix this ..us " Regina said holding Emma's shoulders " it's not the cheating that's the problem Regina ...its the fact you lied !..i don't feel like I can't trust you or believe anything you say " Regina took a step back " there is nothing I can do to fix this is there ?" Emma just stood silent trying not to give into Regina "I think ...i think you should just leave me alone for a while , go to our room ..ill sleep on the couch for a few nights I just need to figure out what I want " Regina picked her keys up
" where are you going ?" Emma asked following her wife out into the foyer "to Grannys " just then she noticed Henry sitting on the stairs
" Henry i-" he cut her off " I don't want to talk to you mom ..you just ruined our family " Emma stopped him there " Henry stop it ..dont talk to your mother like that , she didn't ruin this family " Henry got angry
" momma why are you defending her ! She broke your heart .. if you did that to her she wouldn't think twice before kicking you out !" Emma looked at Regina who looked ashamed " would you ?" Emma asked " what ?" Regina questioned " don't play dumb would you kick me out no question asked if you caught me cheating ?" Regina was silent " YES OR NO " " YES ! YES I WOULD " Emma laughed not believing what she was hearing " and you expect me to just forgive you ? Jesus Gina...you know what I think it's best you go for the night, I will meet you in Grannys tommorow to talk " Regina looked at Henry who was holding his mommas hand " I love you mom but I'm staying with momma ..for obvious reasons " Regina just nodded and walked to the door , she stopped and waited and she heard the sobs rip through her wife's chest " it's okay momma , I promise shhh " Henry said hugging his momma " I'm so sorry Henry " he shook his head " it's not your fault ..its mom's "
