Chapter 9

I looked at him almost scared that he said that
"What!" I yelled
I was scared but sad but happy all at the same time
"I know who did it" he repeated
"And your now just telling me this?"
"Are you serious! I have been trying to get a hold of you th-"
"You dumped me Allan!!... You dumped me" I was trying to be calm
"So of course I ignored you" I was looking down
"Hey it's ok we can get back to-" he was holding my face but I stepped back
"What! No are you kidding me! Just tell me who hurt Dust!"
"It was-"
someone walked down the hallway
"It was-, ok you know what I can't tell you"
"What! No! You owe me"
"I know but It would hurt you to much"
"I CAN TAKE IT" I was trying not to yell
"FINE,Fine"
Miles walked in and tried to stop the fight
"Are you ok?" He asked
I nodded
"Ok come on let's go then" he grabbed my hand and we left I was looking back at Allan
"So what was that all about?" I could tell he was concerned
"Oh it was nothing"
"It didn't sound like nothing"
"It's not important ok"
I let go of his hand and started walking ahead of him, he grabbed my arm
"What was all of that!" He was starting to get mad
"Hey let go!"
"Stop lying to me!"
"I'm not!"
"There you go again!!"
"Your not my father!!!" I finally yelled there was a pause,
"Well there's no one else to be one in your family! So what do you expect me to do!"
I snatched my arm out if his hand
"Wow" I said faintly
"and to think I actually wanted to kiss you at one point"
I started walking
"Wait!" I heard him yell
There were tears rolling down my face as I walked home.
When I got to the front door I looked at my watch 12:47am I whipped my tears off my face and put a smile on knowing she would ask how the dance was I walked inside and went to my room put on my pajamas and went to bed.

"Sooo how was it!!" I heard my mother walking into my room I rubbed my eyes
"It was great" I lied
"Yay!" She yelled
"well I made your favorite! chocolate chip pancakes!" I could tell she was in a good mood And I didn't want to ruin that for her I walked down stairs to a wonderful smell and smiled
"Here you go!" She smiled
"Thanks Mom" I was trying to be happy
"Aren't you excited! You have no more school until next year!"
"Yeah It's great" I said still waking up silently, still knowing that she had no Idea what happened last night that I was completely broken hearted that I was screaming inside because I have lost everything except her.
