Is this the end?

It was morning and Kion opened his eyes. The sun was shining on his head. He could feel the warmth and couldn't help it but smile untill he felt how much his cheek hurt. He put his paw on his scar to feel how bad the injury was. He quickly took his paw away when he could feel the pain.

Not long after Bunga came in the lair bouncing around like he usally does. When Kion saw his best friend he did all he could to cover his scar.

"Morning Kion ready for patrol today?"

He said really happy while he was walking on his front claws. Kion didn't answer which made Bunga stop and walked over to his lion friend.

"Hey what's the matter Kion? You are usally happy. You can to tell me everything. You know that right?" He said worried.

Kion turned his head away trying to not have a conversation.

"Oh no Kion you are not getting away with this, I will make you talk one way or another." He said with a smile on his face and began to tickle Kion.

"Hahahahaha Bunga stop it it's too much!" He said and couldn't stop laughing. Bunga stopped when he saw Kions scar.

"Kion what happend?!"

He yelled worried and pointed at his scar.

Kion went silent and didn't know what to say before Fuli and the other guys came into the lair. Kion covered his scar with his paw.

"Good morning, you two ready for..."

She didn't say anymore before she saw that Kion was hiding something. Fuli then walked towards him but every step Fuli took Kion walked backwards.

"Kion let me see what you are covering." She said sternly.

Kion didn't listen, he just kept walking backwards untill he hit a rock and couldn't walk backwards anymore.

"Okay Kion you can't get away from me. Just show me what happend to you or do you really want me to do it myself." She said calm.

Kion refused to do it which made Fuli angry and she pinned him down and removed his paw and she was shocked. She got of him and was speechless.

"Kion I... what happend to you?" She said worried.

"Oh my scar? Nah it's nothing. It's just a scratch." He said trying to force a smile.

"THAT is not just a scratch. THAT is a fricking scar!" She said upset. "Okay first you don't go on patrols with us and NOW this?!" She said frustrated.
"I am speechless right now Kion. I mean is there something you won't tell me? Or all of us?" She said while she glared at Kion.

Kion just looked at Fuli.

"So you don't have anything to say? Fine, then I have something to say to you. If you won't tell us anything, then I think you can't be the leader of the Guard. I mean you disobey my orders which you never do. And now you are getting injuries! Give me one good reason why we do this." She said angry.

"Okay I can see I haven't been a very good leader at the moment. I will try to do better I promise." He assured.

"I hope so." She said and turned around, walking out of the lair with the others after her.

"Let's just get this over with." She said annoyed.

3 hours later

"See you tommorow guys. And Kion?"

Kion turned around to look at Fuli.

"Promise me that you will be there to the patrols, alright?" She said with a lifted eyebrow.
