Chapter 15

Gaara's p.o.v.

I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and someone breathing evenly on top of me. I tried to stretch a bit but then I noticed the cute, fair-haired boy sleeping peacefully on my chest. I immediately blushed at the cute sight and somehow I felt the urge to squeal happily, though I tried to suppress it as much as possible. I didn't want to wake him up. How did I even bring up the courage last night? I never knew I would be capable of something like that.

Suddenly I felt some movement on my chest. As I looked down I saw that Naruto woke up and shifted himself a bit to look at me. I greeted him with a genuine smile and he did the same, looking unbelievable happy. <<I can't believe what happened last night..>> he suddenly told me, looking like he tried to remember everything that happened yesterday. <<Me neither..>>

All of a sudden he tilted himself up a bit and brought his face closer to mine. I started to blush and so did he. <<C-Can I... kiss you?>> His question hit me hard and unexpected. My face turned a dark crimson and he was blushing furiously as well. My heart felt like it was going to explode and I didn't know how to answer at first. Eventually I brought up the courage to say something. <<Y-Yeah...>>

Joy flamed up in his eyes and he came even closer, our lips only inches apart. <<Okay..>> he whispered, his breath tickling my sensitive skin. After that he closed the distance between us, making our lips touch. His lips felt amazing, they were so soft and moving gently upon my own. I felt hot all over and didn't know what to do, since this was my first kiss, but I eventually figured it out.

Naruto had his hands on my hips, while my arms lay on his neck, caressing his skin. The kiss was cute and innocent but I really enjoyed that. It somehow felt so right to me.

After some time we needed air so we parted to breathe. I looked at Naruto who was a blushing mess just like me. He smiled at me in a way he's never done before and somehow it turned me on a little. He then dove back into the kiss, this time asking for entrance by licking over my bottom lip. I gladly let him in and was enjoying the new feeling of his tongue in my mouth. I could've done this for hours but eventually we had to part again after a few seconds because we were out of breath.

The two of us were breathing heavily while smiling at each other lovingly. He was so cute with this stupidly sweet smile and that light blush on his cheeks. I suddenly felt the urge to hug him, so that he's even closer to me. I did exactly that and buried my face in his chest, causing him to giggle and hug me back immediately. Then we just sat there for a few minutes and enjoyed the comfortable silence until Naruto spoke up.

<<Gaara..I love you..>> His voice was a bit unsteady but honest, which I found kind of cute. Hearing these words from him made my heart jump and I started blushing again. My body was filled with happiness. <<I-I love you too, Naruto. I think I always did, but confused theses feelings for you..>> Saying that felt good. I need him to know how I feel and felt back then. He hugged me even tighter after hearing that. <<I'm so happy hearing this! You're too cute!>>

<<Wha-?! I'm not cute! You are!>> I didn't even realize what I was about to say until I heard the words coming from my mouth. <<Oi, what are you saying?! You think that I'm cute? You're seriously stupid then!>> He began laughing heartedly and I soon joined in, hugging him tight.
