Jaime POV

"Jaime! Its time for school!"

"ok mom! ill be right down!"

it was the first day of school, for this year of course. im 13 and i have blonde hair and glasses. i personally hate having glasses but i have learned to deal with it. I hear stomping on the stairs and realize i had to leave if i wanted to catch the bus. I run down stairs grab my backpack and lunch "bye mom!"

"bye jaime!" i run to the bus and run into something really hard and fall to the ground.

"oh my gosh i am so sorry." i look up and see the cutest boy. his eyes are the so blue.

"no no it was my fault. if you dont mind me asking what is your name?"

"Hayes. and you are?" he asks and smiles

"im jaime. are you new?" asking completely clueless

"Yea i just moved down there." he says and points towards my neighborhood.

"Really!?! i live over there too! anyway the bus is here ha ha ill see you at school?"

"Yea." i get on the bus and sit by my best friend, sammy. Me and sammy have been best friends since pre school. I love him like a brother.

"AYE! Sammy!!!" i say hugging sam.

"hey jaim." i think its funny when he calls me jaim. He started calling me jaim in 5th grade. i did like sam in 5th grade but i got over it. i saw Hayes sit by himself and i motioned him to come over to us. he smiled and came over to us. he sat in the seat that was next to us.

"sammy this is hayes.hayes this is sammy."

"hey hayes."

"hey man."

Hayes POV

i see about 5 girls giggling at me and waving. i smirk and wave back.

"yea, dont even think about it. if they dont like even a millimeter of your personality its social death." Jaime told me.

"jaim's right. she was in that cro-" sam tried to say but jaime punched him.

"dont ever bring that up. sammy. ever. i was and never will be like them. got it?"

"ok ok jaime calm down ha ha." the bus stops and we are here. i look and jaime and give her a nervous look.

" dont worry you will be fine." jaime assures me with a smile.
