⚡you help Varian with alchemy, and he returns the favour by helping you with (something)

⚡you are his biggest fan, and he is yours

⚡you're always there for him after a successful, or failed, science fair

⚡he's super supportive of you all the time, and would never even think of disappointing you by not being there for you

⚡okay so let's turn up the angst

⚡You get trapped in the amber with your father

⚡which just makes me think of Varian singing Let Me Make You Proud, but it's directed at you and your dad

⚡he wants to save you, but knows that you would be disappointed if he did anything to endanger anyone

⚡he just asks Raps for help, along with Corona

⚡so i guess you getting trapped was a good thing in a way

⚡let's imagine that he finds a way to free you and your dad

⚡you're not getting out of his hug

⚡he's glued to you for a month

⚡Varian becomes somewhat more protective of you, as does Raps, Cass and Eugene

⚡but he honestly won't let you near his experiments for a month

⚡you don't mind though, cause you know it's because he wants you safe

⚡if anything happens to Varian, such as an injury or burn from an experiment, you're the first to his side

⚡that didn't go well, and it's looked like some acid had spilled onto a plate
