Fighting demons (Waterloo road)

Brooke sighed to herself as she stood in front of the mirror in her new school uniform. She sighed to herself as she pulled her blonde hair into a bun and sighed. Brooke was starting at a new school along with her mum, Rachel mason who had gotten the job as head teacher of waterloo road and Brooke was starting there as a student "Brooke, are you ready?" Rachel asked as she walked into the room. Brooke looked to her and nodded. Brooke was nervous. She felt anxious and scared. She didn’t like feeling of having to go to a new school and make new friends "come on" Rachel said as broke sighed and nodded. She looked down at the self-harm scars on her wrist and pulled her cardigan over them, not wanting Rachel to see, knowing that Rachel wouldn't understand what was going on and understand just how much of a mess that her head constantly was.

Brooke sighed to herself as she stood from the car and looked to Rachel and rolled her eyes "really?" Brooke asked as Rachel sighed "don’t start Brooke, come on" Rachel said as she walked into the school. Brooke sighed and followed her towards the office. She frowned to herself as Rachel shock hands with the head of the LEA and stood talking with the deputy, Eddie Lawson who was annoyed over the fact that he hasn’t gotten the head title. Brooke walked over and took a seat as Rachel looked to her and sighed "Brooke, come on let's get you to class and try and act normal" Rachel said as Brooke looked to her and frowned.

"what does that mean?" She asked as Rachel sighed "it means, try and make some friends and not let your bipolar get in the way" Rachel said as Brooke shot her a glare "It doesn't bother me, but it bothers you, doesn’t it" Brooke spat as Rachel said and lead her towards the classroom. Brooke walked in and looked to the kitchen and smiled, she thought that he was fit "you must be Brooke, I'm Mr Clarkson" he said as Brooke looked to him and smiled "hi" Brooke said as she smirked to herself.

Brooke sighed to herself as she stood in the hall. She watched as two girls walked over to her and smiled "hi, I'm Maxine and this is janeece, you’re the new girl aren't you?" She said as Brooke looked to her and smiled "I am, I'm Brooke" Brooke said as janeece looked to her and frowned "hold on, aren't you the new heads daughter?" She asked as Brooke looked to her and nodded "yeah, I am, unfortunately" Brooke said as Janeece and Maxine smiled to her "do you want to hang with us" Maxine asked as Brooke smiled "sure" she said as the three of them walked down the hall. Brooke looked up and saw that tom Clarkson was looking at her and smiling. He could tell that there was something bothering her. Brooke only hoped that she could keep the demons that she was struggling with hidden.
