John had left around 11pm that evening, now although they weren't official they were beginning to act like a couple minute by minute which made George more willing to talk to Pattie even more, she can't be like this anymore. He decided to go to her house on an unexpected visit yet a very short one too, he wasn't going to tell John, not until after anyway. Besides John had already shown signs of worrying about George a lot more than usual already because of last night, this would just make him more worried, especially since it would end up going pear shaped like it anything that involves Pattie.
It was an hour or so before George had planned on going over to Pattie's "wait she what??" Paul said on the other side of the phone call George was currently on (the following morning) "I know! she's fucking-erghhh" George said with frustration "wait..so what are you going to say to her exactly?" "honestly Paul..I don't even know" George sighed "this sucks mate, but hey on the bright side at least you have found another person to open up to" George slightly chuckled "yeah..I guess so" "l'm proud of you Geo." "thanks..I just really don't want this to mess up you know? he's only here for another few days and after that I dunno what will happen" "think positively, besides I'm sure you guys will have a talk about what will happen before he leaves" "yeah..yeah I guess you are right" "aren't I always?" Paul teased. After around half an hour of conversation, George was on his way over to Patties house, his heart was thumping out of his chest, only because for a starter he hated conflict and second, anything to do with Pattie and drama never ended nicely.
He hoped she was home alone, he didn't exactly want a bollock in from her parents either. He marched up to the door and banged on it multiple times, lucky for him it was Pattie who answered who had a smirk placed on her lips but George was too angry to notice and walked straight in "seriously Pattie? what the fuck" "what baby?" she asked innocently while closing the door "you know what. Just leave him alone" "nawh, George has a lil crush?" George rolled his eyes "you need to move on." "move on? how dare you. You love me!" "DID, I did love you. But not now, not anymore." "but I love you" "well I love him!" George snapped, surprised of his own words, he had never admitted it before, not even to himself. Pattie felt jealously and anger build up inside of her "like he can deal with your shit" "excuse me?" "I never could, I don't know how Paul can and I don't know how he will." "oh Pattie, grow up will you?" "I'm just saying" "yeah? well I'm saying, stay the fuck away." George sneered and made his way to the door "you'll be back." Pattie mumbled "no Pattie. No i won't" George said before leaving and slamming the door again and bumping into someone into the street, not looking where he was going "sorry" he mumbled before continuing to walk on.
"George?" the voice said before George got too far, George turned around to see Ringo, concerned looking towards the younger "are you okay?" "I'm fine" "are..you sure?" "sure." Ringo narrowed his eyes "did John upset you?" George shook his head "no no, it's not John. it's fine..it's sorted now" Ringo opened his mouth to speak again "I gotta go, I'll see you soon" George said quickly and speed walked away, ignoring the calls of his name. Right now he just wanted to hide away, to not be bother. All he wanted was his unofficial lover, John.
