Was the message alert that George had woken up to that following morning, he didn't sleep very well that night, since John wasn't there by his side, regardless he stretched over to reach his phone, seeing the time that read 10am, oops? and then seeing the text from John which he couldn't help but smile at and unlocking his phone straight away to reply.

Geo <3 - That's alright lovely, hopefully you feel refreshed now? & oh you cute thing x

John snatched his phone up from the sofa straight away, grinning ear to ear from seeing George's contact name even alone.

Johnny Boy <3 - I do indeed, slept like a baby, have Uni this afternoon though ew :/ x

Geo <3 - Wait

Geo <3 - tf? what day is it????? x

Johnny Boy <3 - Monday..baby you forgot and slept in didn't you? 😂 x

Geo <3 -  I mean..maybe..well oops. Guess I missed my rehearsals, oh welll x

Johnny boy <3 - Boy get yo ass into college before I drag you there 

Geo <3 - Well I mean in order for that you would have to fly back so go for it 😂 ;) x

George chuckled and responded, casual conversation being texted between the two as George got ready for college so he could make it for afternoon rehearsals at least. As George walked through the hallways of his standard college, thinking the day would be okay, Pattie had 'accidentally' bumped into George who just gave an annoyed sigh in reaction "oops" Pattie smirked "nawh why so glum? miss your boyfriend?" she teased, George wasn't in the mood to argue back today, he just wanted to come in for rehearsals and go home as soon as possible . "Pattie will you ever give it a rest?" she let out a giggle "no. So how are you going to cope without him then? not very well I assume" "I'll be fine." "oh really? you sure about that? because it's like what? day one? and you already look like you are going to crack" "I'm not going to crack!" George eventually snapped, other students around them looking over to their way every now and then "only a person who would would react like that. Just like, come back to me and you'll be fine" "you wish" George scoffed and began to walk away but not before Pattie grabbed onto his arm tightly "you will crack you know and he won't be there to pick up the pieces. I know what you are like, pathetic." "the only thing pathetic is your desperation" George snarled and yanked his arm back, walking to his classroom abruptly.

Unluckily for George, they were in mid rehearsals and the teacher was not impressed at all "ah, so nice of you to finally join us Harrison" "yeah sorry" George would mumble and put his bag on the floor and taking his guitar, starting to tune it. The teacher did nothing but sigh and ordered a group of the class to continue. Paul slid his seat over to George "overslept eh?" George sighed "yeah I guess you could say that" he replied and took his phone out, responding to John's text. Paul bit his lip "how you coping?" "not so great.." Paul gave a reassuring pat on the shoulder  "you'll be fine Geo" "Paul, your group is next" the teacher demanded which made Paul get out of his seat, leaving George alone "yeah..easier said than done" he muttered to himself.
