15 | Party Part 2

Everyone sat along the wall one by one a cop asking for their ID's.

"Is this your apartment?" A cop walked up to me. He was buff and intimidating. She nodded looking around, the place was trashed, a complete mess.

Her eyes connected with Tori, she mouthed 'sorry'. Melina rolled her eyes and focused her attention back onto the cop.

"There were no alcoholic drinks I'm sure" Melina nodded.

"ID?" He held his hand out.

"Hold on" Melina opened the door to her bedroom grabbing her ID and handed it to the cop.

He read over it and nodded.

"Alright everybody out!" The cop yelled unexpectedly. Melina cringed at the spit that fell on her arm from the cops mouth and wiped it away.

Eleanor was knocked out on the couch with a bag of chips in her hand.

"She's with you?" The same cop asked her.

Melina nodded taking the bag of chips away from Eleanor's hand. She set it down on the counter watching everyone walk out of her apartment.

The only one left was Tori, she sat on the floor. Melina stood in front of her helping Tori to stand up, "Thanks" Tori wiped her jeans.

"Look okay I'm sorry"

Melina stopped to face Tori, "just leave".

Tori hesitated but opened up to the door to leave. Then she was a bit shocked at who was at the door.

"Oh wow" Tori muttered looking up at Uriah.

"You've got to be kidding me" Melina fell back onto the couch.

"Your place looks like shit" Uriah walked in ignoring Tori, "did you have a party?".

"How did you find out where I live?" Melina ignored his question.

"Your address was leaked, you should know not the have a party where you actually live" Uriah stuffed his hands in his jacket.

Tori looked down at the floor. Melina took her eyes off her and looked back at Uriah.

"What do you want?"

"You left this" he tossed her a pack of walnuts.

"This isn't mine" She caught the walnuts that he tossed.

"I know I just needed an excuse to come and tell you"

Melina rolled her eyes, "Okay well, out".

She pointed towards the door and Uriah just stood there looking at her. Melina was close to him, closer then she should have been. She eyed his jawline and his green eyes were mesmerizing. The corner of his lip tugged up into a smirk, "see something you like?".

Melina took a moment to take what he said in, she snapped out and shook her head, "no, out".

Uriah smirked and turned his heel walking towards the door, "bye Melina" he gave her a small wave and closed the door behind him.

"What was that?"

"I have no clue, ever since that day at the cafe he's been around me non stop" Melina sat down next to Eleanor.

"I'm not talking about that, the look you gave him, the tension between you two was obvious" Eleanor kept her eyes on Melina.

"Nothing happened between Uriah and I" Melina laughed.

"You really attract all the good ones huh" Eleanor scoffed.

"You find him attractive?"

"Oh c'mon he's a model and an actor of course he's attractive"

Melina smiled, "how about I set you two up on a date?".

"Really? You would do that? Wait, no he's probably not interested..he didn't even look at me once when he came in..his eyes were all over you" Eleanor looked down.

"What? No of course not, next time I see him I'm setting you two up"

Melina smiled jumping up and down, she's never gotten the chance to set someone up before, so this was exciting to her.

"Alright calm down bugs bunny" She teased.

Melina threw a pillow at her which ended up in her throwing one back. Melina fell back at the force of the pillow, her butt hit the floor which was now aching, "ow" Melina stood up wiping her butt.

"He probably won't say yes though" Eleanor frowned.

Melina was now annoyed, "stop saying that", she threw a pillow at Eleanor which hit her face, she was caught off guard.

Eleanor fumbled down for the pillow and threw it back at Melina. She dodged it and it hit one of the picture frames on the wall breaking it.

"Oh my god, sorry" Eleanor smiled awkwardly.

"You're dead"

Melina chased Eleanor around the house throwing the pillows at each other, Melina finally tackled down Eleanor and the two wrestled for a bit. Now Melina was under Eleanor, Melina started tickling Eleanor which made her limbs go loose and she fell over to the side next to Melina.

"That's cute"

Eleanor looked at the man at the door standing up quickly straightening herself.

Melina looked over, it was Uriah.

"How long have you been there for?" Melina asked.

He looked down at Melina then shot them at Eleanor, "Yeah I'm down".

He smirked then walked in grabbing his walnuts, "came back for these".

Before leaving he gave Eleanor a wink.

"I TOLD YOU"
