The next day we acted like nothing had ever happened. We were on the couch to rest for a bit and Joanan decided to keep poking me. After a while it got annoying and I attacked him. We were basically play fighting with eachother.

"Pay back for poking me last time" he says.

"Fair enough" I say. We kept messing around until he pinned me against the wall and I couldn't get away. After we stopped laughing we blushed once again realizing how close we were. He began to lean in. Now that I know that he is for sure single I can kiss him. I close the gap and kiss him. Once I kissed him I realized how much I really loved him. I knew I liked him a lot but...We pull away. We both were still blushing. I laughed nervously. "Sorry I avoided it the other time you tried to kiss me. I was just afraid that I would have been getting in the way of something."

"It's fine, I understand" he said. He let go of my wrist. He must have forgot.  "Sorry about that"

"It's fine" I say then kiss his cheek and pick up my bow. "Let's go outside" We go down stairs and outside and sit in the grass. I lean on his shoulder. We watch the sun set over the mountains. When the sun could no longer be seen, we went inside and slept.

I wake up the next morning and realized that I forgot he has a child. What if Riley doesn't like me. I knew it was a bad idea to fall in love with him!

"Krin?" He says waking up.

"Yes?" I say.

"What are you panicking about?"

"N-Nothing" I say.

"There is clearly something wrong...what is it?" I sigh.

"What if Riley doesn't like me?" He chuckled then hugged me.

"She will" he says.

"How do you know. What if I make her unhappy? What if she hates me and wants to get rid of me? I can't be with you if I'm making her unhappy. It's just...wrong."

"If she doesn't like you when she first meets you then she will learn to like you"

"And what if she doesn't?"

"Look Krin! She isn't going to hate you or to dislike you and she will be happy. You wouldn't be my girlfriend if I felt that my daughter wouldn't be happy with you around. My daughter comes first. Anyway, you are a lovable person. I'm sure she will like you"

"But-" I start.

"Shutup Krin! That's enough!" He yelled. I went quiet.

"Sorry..." I say. "Maybe I'm just overreacting."

"See? Everything is fine..."

"But-"

"Ugh!" He groaned then turned on his left side and put the pillow over his head.

"Fine..." I say.
