Chapter-14 Mirror Giant

We kept on running until we got to a tall stone wall. I peeked around it to see a giant. A giant! Are you kidding me?!

"How are we going too kill that?!" I whisper.

"We won't. Our only choice is to run and hide." He told me. I sigh.

"Ok" I say. We snuck around so the giant wouldn't see us. As soon as we thought we lost him, a giant hand swooped down and picked up Joanan. How did the giant get close without us hearing his footsteps?! I panicked for two seconds then remembered I had a bow. I pull back the arrow and then panicked again. Where do I shoot him? A simple bow will barely damage him. I wish I had bomb arrows or something. Suddenly the arrow had a bomb attached to it at the tip. Well, that's new. What's a weak point...

"Do something Krin! He's crushing me!" The eye! I shot at its one giant eye. The giant dropped Joanan. Shoot! He's going to hit the ground. I didn't think about that. Um...These arrows can turn into anything right? I hope this works. I shoot the arrow under where he's going to fall and a pool of water appeared...I could get use to this. He fell into the water and swam out. The giant was still covering its eye so we should probably go while it's distracted. I grabbed his hand and began running. We found a hidden cave that I almost missed and went into it. Both of us breathed a sigh of relief. We decided we were going to have to make this our home until we could find the exit to this place. I lit a fire with my arrow and we sat there quietly.
