Rose's P.O.V

After the encounter with the knight I was distracted all day. Not only did I have him on my mind, I also had to pack for my sister and myself. We are going to the magic school for girls. Somehow my mother has it in her mind that we have some great destiny there.

"ROSE!" My sister yells. I was shocked, she never yells. I figured that since she was so stressed that was why, but I was wrong.

"Rose you need to get your head out of the clouds! I have been yelling at you for the past 5 minutes!" She was finally calming down. So that was why she yelled, she was fustrared at me for not answering. I shook my head and mumbled an apology and continued packing.

"Rose that's not where that goes..." Suddenly she stopped talking. I look over to see that she's fast asleep, she has a bad habit of going to sleep in the middle of a sentence. I smirked, now I can continue to daydream, my face was a mask as I packed but inside was going through a million possibilities of who this knight could be. When I finished packing I woke up my sister and waited for her to get dressed for travel. We had a long road ahead of us.

"Why don't we wait until morning?" I asked so I could have a chance to sleep.

"Sure" my sister replied. She looked as tired as I felt. We soon fell asleep in our beds.

Kanaya's P.O.V.

As soon as I was certain she was gone I left. I went to my room and locked the door. I sat there for what felt like hours. I went to the bed and waited for sleep, but it never came. When I looked out the window it was dawn, I decided to take my mind off the innkeepers daughter by practicing in the courtyard. I made sure no one was around then pulled out my "bastard-sword" it was different then other swords because it had a one-and-a-half hand handle. I stared my drill with my stance. Block. Parry. Repeat. Soon I was lost in the motions. A small gasp made me freeze in place. I turned to find....
