More time had passed on, and Kayleigh decided to talk to me about Justin.

Kayleigh: So?

Me: So what?

Kayleigh: Have you found your happiness? Is Justin the one? Or is this just another Josh?

Me: Haha. Very funny smart ass. But yes, Justin is the one. I've never been happier with anyone.

Kayleigh: I'm glad. I wish I was that happy with Thomas. He's such a jerk, the more time passes, the more abusive he gets.

Me: Sometimes it takes a heartbreak or two till you find the one I guess.

Kayleigh: Yeah... I sure hope so. I gotta go walk the dogs, they've got too much energy. Mom's yellin'.

Me: Okay, have fun with that! Talk to you later, love you!!

It was December 29th, and Justin's birthday was the next day. Me being the amazing girlfriend I am, blew up his phone at midnight, rolling over to the 30th. My birthday was only 3 days later, but that wasn't important.

I didn't get to see him on his birthday because he had something come up, and I didn't get to see him till the 5th of January, which meant I didn't even get to see him on my birthday because his parents were too strict and didn't like him over at my house so much.

The morning of January 5th, snow on the ground. Icy roads, bad weather. He pulled in my driveway.
