Song- shayad yeh pyar hai ( I hope you all remember this song. Now, do you?)

******

I heard an old song today. It was a favourite of ours and for a moment I was back there. It made me realise true Love doesn't end. I think it just scatterz itself among everyday things.

"So, you are leaving tonight?", I asked Aliya as we both made our way out of the last subsi class of today, or this semester.

From tomorrow semester break is going to start which means no class, and which also means internship period to get started.

We both walked side by side through one of the corridors inside the college campus. Our bags hanging loosely to our sides, as Aliya replied, "yup, we are".

"Find any place to stay?", I asked another question while fixing the strap of my backpack back on my shoulder.

"Yeah, Swati, my partner said she knows someone who has an empty apartment. We can rent that place for the next three months. And the good thing is, that the place is just five minutes walking distance from the firm where we have applied. At least that's what she has told me", Aliya spoke in daze as she was trying to recall the former conversation with her internship partner.

"Oh, that's great", I exclaimed.

"What about you? When you are guys leaving?", She asked in return.

I sighed softly, " honestly, I have no idea, maybe in couple of days. He didn't told me yet", I continued lowly.

"And any idea where are you guys will be staying when you both leave?", She asked again.

"Hah, I don't know that either. Infact I know next to nothing, except that he had applied in Dehradun", I said annoyingly.

"Hey, it's okay, don't be mad. Everything is going to be great. Just be positive", Aliya tried to cheer me as she wrapped her right arm around my shoulder in comforting way.

I nodded in return, not saying anything at first. "I so wish we could have done this together, not separately, going to two different cities. It could have been one good trip for both of us", I then said sadly.

She narrowed her both eyes in my way.

"What?", I asked in confusion.

"You sure about that?", She asked with her eyes still narrowed, but there was a mischievous kind of smile hidden behind her lips.

"Offcourse I am. Why do you think that?", This time it was my turn to narrow my eyes.

"Just wait until you say that again", she shrugged, not giving me any direct answer.

"What's that supposed to mean, by the way?", I asked taking two steps ahead of her and standing in front of her.

"It supposed to mean nothing. I'm just saying casually", she shrugged again.

"Are you hiding something from me?", I asked again, not buying her previous words.

"No. No, I'm not. Why would I hide anything from you. And what will I hide at the first place?", She said crossing her both hands around her chest while she rolled her eyes at me.

I was about to shoot my another accusing question on her way but her cellphone started ringing, interrupting our about to get started battle.

"Hey Rhea, what's up", she answered receiving the call, totally ignoring my presence in front of her. She waited for few seconds to listen to what Rhea was saying from other side while I looked at her direction with curiosity, trying to hear the other side of the call, but it was useless, I hear nothing.
