Chapter Ten High School from Hell
Tara lay on her bed, on her side wrapping her arms around her stomach as she groaned in pain, she was dealing with cramps but that wasn’t necessarily dew to the pain, it was actually dew to the pain of her whole body. A few days ago Aaron’s girls ganged up on her in the washroom and smacked her with something that was covered in thick cloths.
Whatever those things where she really wanted whoever invented it to be dragged out into the street and shot.
The sound of her bedroom door being knocked called her attention. “Come in.” she said, not bothering to look at who was entering her room, her body felt like a bunch of heavy weights that refused to move.
Footsteps were heard, Tara craned her head upwards to see green eyes peering down at her, she blinked repeatedly trying to make sure what she was seeing wasn’t a trick of her mind. What she saw was still there. Slowly she pushed herself up to sit up slightly on her back.
“Jen…? What are you doing here?”
Jennifer then smiled and tackle hugged her, those small hands of her’s hands groped Tara’s chest. “Gha!!!” Tara tried to push the girl off. “Jen! Let go will you?”
Jennifer did. “Sorry couldn’t help it, you seem like you’d grown again, I just hope I grow as fast as you can.” She looked to her hands. “Your breasts are bigger again…”
“Are you still on about that!?” Tara then began to sit up. “Geez, you sound like my mother…”
Jennifer then pushed Tara back down on the bed. “No don’t get up, your still in pain.” She glanced at the door before turning back to speak. “It was those girls’ wasn’t it? They did something to you didn’t they.”
Tara remained quiet.
“Tara you don’t need to take hits for me, I’ll just do what they want and they’ll stop.”
“It won’t…” Tara sat up this time and ran a hand through her hair. “They won’t stop, how they looked at me with their eyes told me so… it’s the same look that Aaron had before I hit him with the chair.”
It was mid-April now, Tara had just turned sixteen recently and her body was still trying to get used to the changes, the menstruation mainly, since her chest size was still evidently growing. Growing up was a pain in the butt, that was for sure.
Still every so often when she looked down at herself and thinks: What the heck are those? Even though Tara knew fully well what they were, and used for thanks to health class in middle school, oddly enough they had classes for that the school but she never really saw the point, nor did she have to go. Still, that didn’t mean that female hormones were a pain in the butt.
“So how was school?” Tara asked as she looked to Jennifer, who was still wearing her school uniform, while Tara was in a long sleeved dark grey and black thin stripped button down sweater a black tank top underneath and black sweat pants. Jennifer took hold of the nearby wheelie chair and sat down near the bed.
“It was okay, but it could be better if those people weren’t there, Aaron seemed to be ditching as well, but your friends and I had been worried about you, I mean you’ve been here at home for three days…”
“Yeah, my body seems to not like the change I’m going through yet, but it’ll get used to it as time goes on…” she rested her elbows on her cross legged knees and thought for a moment. “How long has Aaron been ditching?”
“Since you didn’t come to school.”
“And Jason?”
“The same as Aaron.”
