Now for my joke. A black father and son we're together and had recently gotten into an argument with each other. The father says "son I've noticed we're drifting apart, so we're going to Africa to explore our roots." The father and son are on the plane and halfway through the flight when the co pilot gets on the mic and states "we are having some weight distribution issues so some people are gonna have to go to the back of the plane and jump out. Now starting in alphabetical order I would like all the African Americans to go to the back of the plane." Hearing this the son stands up. To which the father says "Son sit your ass down." The son doesn't argue and sits down. The co-pilot gets back on the mic and says "ok now in alphabetical order can I have all the black folk head to the back of the plane." The son begins to stand up but the dad once again says "Son sit your ass down. " The son begins to argue but the dad repeats himself and the son sits down. The co pilot gets back on the mic and says "Once again going in alphabetical order can I have all the colored folk go to the back of the plane." The son begins to get up and the dad says "Son sit your ass down." The son argues back " But dad if we're not African Americans, Black, or Colored then what are we?" The dad looks his son right in the eye "Today son, today we're niggas."
