You and Jack were walking around the village with your siblings (y/s/n) and jacks sister, or as everyone called her, Flee. (Yes I really looked up what her name was flee is just a nickname)
You and Jack were just courted. So you tried to spend more time together before your wedding. Right now you were on your way to the forest with a picnic basket in hand, then to the ice pond. That was always the place to go. Once we got to the forest we set up our picnic.
(Y/s/n) and flee already ran out to start running. You sat down on the blanket while jack went to start running with the kids. You looked at the scene in admiration.
'I'm really gonna marry this kid' You smiles at the thought. Starting a family, living a life, and endless hours of fun.
"Guys come on! The ants are getting on our food!"
"No ant is getting on my food!" Flee ran over and grabbed a sandwich before sitting, (y/s/n) soon followed suit. Jack came over last and sat down next to you.
'Ah we're like a little family~!' You always daydreamed. That's one of the many things jack likes about you. He leaned over and grabbed a sandwich himself and took a big bite out of it.
"Did you make these (y/n)?"
"Yeah! And I did too!" (Y/s/n) always liked impressing Jack. It's like she had a crush on him or something! Doesn't she know she's too young?
"You're a great chef (y/s/n)!"
"I know." You all laughed. Once you finished eating the tw- sorry THREE children went to go play again. You stayed behind again, you can't just run around after you eat!
"Come on (y/n)!!"
"Yeah come on sis!"
"Come on my lovely littl-"
"Don't finish that sentence jack there are children present."
"Then c'mon!"
"Fine Fine I'm coming.." you slowly get up and walk over to them.
"Yay she actually came!"
"What are you guys doing anyway?"
"We're playing jump the rope!"
"Yeah I just invented it!" Jack stated proudly.
"A 17 yr old invented a new game? Wow."
"Hey!"
"How do you play?"
"So we swing the rope.. then you jump over it!"
"Seems easy enough!"
You played jump rope for a while then it was time to go the ice pond.
Once you got there you put on your skates and took for the ice. (Y/s/n) fell asleep on the way here so she sat out. Jack was helping Flee on the ice but she was terrified.
You tried to stay behind and help her if she fell but.
The ice started to crack.
It all happened so fast
A crack
A push
A splash
You looked up and saw Flee on top of you. You looked to the pond but jack was nowhere to be found. Realization soon kicked in and you jumped up screaming.
"JACK JACK! NO PLEASE! SWIM UP!" You started to run to the ice until it cracked again. You back up and started to breakdown.
"J-Jack.. Please don't hurt me like this....."

You went back to the village with Flee and (y/s/n). You brought Flee home and told her mother the news. She... didn't take it well.
Next you went to drop (y/s/n) off at your house with your mother before walking back to the ice pond.
You sat on a rock next to it. And cried.
"Jack....I-I love you... and I miss you already... I know you probably don't hear me but.." you played with the ring on your finger. "Its gonna sucks going down the aisle without you being there.... father is probably gonna just marry me off to someone else now but I'll always love you..."
You did that every day for 10 years. You just turned 27. And you decided to visit him again today.
"Hi again Jack... it's my birthday! Yay... it's still not the same without you... Flee is getting courted. Let's just hope they don't go ice skating haha... too soon?... yeah... my "husband" is a total jerk and I really wish you took his place... I'll always love you more than anything..."
"(Y/n)!! Get your dirty self over here!"
" Ah! Sorry jack! I have to go, it's that jerk husband again. I love you! Bye!"
Little did you know jack was listening to that last conversation but he didn't even know who you were, why you loved him, or why you knew his name. He knew he had to do something about that jerk husband of yours so he threw an ice ball at the back of his head and knocked him out. You were shocked, but you took that chance to run away and skip town! Jack stayed with you until your dying days.... but he would still be alive... at least he had these memories of you in his mind, that's all that mattered.
