You walk through the door, a lot later than you normally do. Tonight you had a study group with some people from one of your University classes. There was a huge test coming, one that would pretty much decide if you receive a passing grade or fail the class.

When you walk inside, you take off your scarf, gloves, and jacket. You hang them up by the door, before walking into the living room. You see Harry, your boyfriend of almost 6 years, asleep on the couch. You look over at the table and see an empty take outbox. You sigh, you had completely forgotten about your Netflix night with Harry.

Now, that he was going to be home, he wanted to catch up on all the TV Shows and movies he's missed out on. You walk over to him, turn off the tv, and gently wake him up.

"Harry." You whisper.

He mumbles, shaking his head.

"Babe, Harry." You whisper. "Wake up, let's go upstairs."

He opens his eyes and sees you standing there.

"Y/N?" He asks.

"Hi, sleepy head." You smile.

"What time is it?" He asks.

"A little after 11." You whisper. "I'm sorry I missed out on our date." You sigh.

"It's okay." He says. "You have Uni to worry about." He says. "We can always make it up."

"Sounds good." you smile kissing his head.

"Are you hungry?" He asks. "I got you some food, its in the fridge."

"No, we ordered a pizza earlier. I'll eat it tomorrow." You smile.

He nods. "So, do you think you're ready for the test?"

"I think so... I hope so. I feel prepared, but I'm still not sure." You say.

"You'll do great." He smiles. "I know you will."

"You always have faith in me." You smile.

"Well, that is my job as the boyfriend." He smirks

"Yeah, and it's my job to take care of you, now come on. You'll be much more comfortable in our bed." You say.

"Carry me?" He smirks.

"You wish." You laugh pulling his arm.

He whines a bit before finally get up and follow you upstairs.

A few days later, you were rushing to meet Harry for lunch. Your class had run late, and then you ran into some friends and lost track of time. You finally get to the restaurant almost twenty minutes.

"I'm so sorry." You sigh hurrying over to the table that Harry was sitting at.

"It's okay." He says hugging you. "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah, it's just my professor was taking forever." You say.

Harry nods and you sit down. You both order and through the lunch, you are getting tons of texts in a group message of your study group. Harry sighs looking over at the phone.

"Sorry. Sorry. I'll put in it on do not disturb." You say grabbing your phone.

"So, I was thinking about going to visit Mum this weekend. We could use the little get away, especially since you've been dealing with Uni and the stress." He says.

"This weekend?" You ask. He nods. "Um.. I think I have something to do on Friday night, but I can see if I could reschedule it."

"Oh, well what time? We could just go after?" He asks.

"It's pretty late though," you say. "It's probably not that big of a deal. I'll just see and get back to you."

Harry gives you a weird look for a bit before shaking it off and nodding.

Later that night, you get home at a decent time. You walk inside and see Harry getting ready to leave.

"Oh, hey," you say. "Did we have plans to go out?"

"No, I'm going to dinner with Gemma." He says.

"Oh, cool. That should be fun. Do I have time to change?" You ask putting your stuff down.

"Actually, I was just going to go out with Gemma. It's been a while since we've had some sibling bonding time." He says.

"Yeah, I guess it has." You say nodding.

A few minutes of awkward silence goes by and then Harry walks over.

"I don't know when I'll be home. We might go out for some drinks after." He says.

"Okay. I have some studying, so.." you say.

He nods, kissing you on the cheek and leaving. Something was off with him, distant. He never kisses you goodbye on the cheek or without saying I love you.

A little after midnight, you walk into the kitchen to make yourself some coffee. You were almost done with this last chapter, but you needed an extra pick me up. You hear the front door open and in walks Harry.

"How was your night?" you smile.

"Good." He says putting his jacket up.

"I'm making some coffee do you want any?" You smile.

"No, I'm just going to go to bed." He says walking past the kitchen. You sigh shaking your head.

"Harry, wait." You say. "Is there something bothering you?"

He stops looking back at you. "Why do you ask that?"

"It's just, you've been acting different today and I just want to know if something is wrong with you or if you're mad at me?" You whisper.

He sighs looking down before looking up at you again. "Do you still love me?" He whispers.

"What?" you ask shocked. "Harry. Of Course, I still love you."

"Okay, are you still IN love with me?" He whispers tears filling his eyes.

"More than anything." You say walking over to him. "Why would think that I'm not?"

"Because ever since I've been home, it's been different. We haven't had a proper date. We haven't had sex other than the first night I came back. We don't have dinner together anymore. It's just different." He whispers.

You sigh. "Harry, I know and I'm sorry, but the thing you have to understand is, when you're not here, I have a life of my own. I'm not used to having anyone waiting for me or someone to come home to. I'm not used to having to juggle University and a boyfriend. And if you think about it, most of the time that I've seen you these past few years have been when I'm touring with you and I'm on break. We just have to get used to this new arrangement." You say.

"And that's what scares me. What if we can't?" He whispers. "We've been together for so long and people change Y/N. What if we've changed and us being together in person more, shows that. What if we can't figure out to make all this work?" He sniffles. "I don't want to lose you."

"You won't." You whisper wrapping your arms around him. "I love you, Harry. I'm in love with you. You are the one person on this Earth that I want to spend the rest of my life with. I'm sorry that I haven't been here more these past few days and I'm sorry that I've been bailing on our plans, but I promise you that I will figure it out."

"But I don't you to feel like you have to put me first compared to your studies." He whispers. "I want those to be first, but I also don't want to be ignored or left out."

"And you won't be." You say. "I promise. I'll cut study groups short. We'll figure it out."

Harry smiles, holding you tightly to him. "I love you." He whispers.

"And I love you." you smile. "I'm not going anywhere, so don't worry about that, ever."

"Good because I'm going anywhere either." He smiles before leaning down to kiss you.
