I was in such a hurry that I forgot to grab a coat for my walk to school. I ran most of the way but slowed when I was about three blocks away from the school. Wrapping my arms around myself to shield myself from some of the wind, I started to rub my arms roughly, hoping to warm them up some. As I turned into the parking lot of the school to cut across, a screeching sound came from behind me. Looking for the sound I see my sister Sarah siting in her brand new car just a few feet from me. I was almost hit by my own sister. I hurried across the cement and out of her way, hearing her yell skank as she drove by. I tried to ignore the pain as she parked but still couldn't get past that my own sister would try to hit me. I walked through the front doors of the schools relieved by the warmth that surrounded me.
Walking to my locker, I put in the combination to the lock and start putting my bag in swapping it for my first period class. Closing the door and lowering my head as I attempted to make it to class without being seen. But just as I'm about to reach for the handle of my first class. I am roughly pushed up against the stone walls. My head slamming violently against the wall. My eyes open wide as I try to figure out who the person is. My heart sinks when I see that it's Chase. Chase Hinder.
