Chapter 2

   I got my clothes on and brushed my teeth and washed my face. As I splashed cold water on my face, I could still hear Natsu and Happy. I opened the door to check on them. They were yelling. They sounded like a bunch of wild animals that were just captured in a cage.

"What are you guys doing?" I yelled. They stopped and looked at me. They looked at each other and started to laugh.

"Hey! You might want to Go look at your face!" Natsu yelled with a laugh. I walked over to the mirror in my bathroom.

"My makeup!" I yelled. It was smeared across my face. I had black, pink, and tan all over my face. "How did this happen? Now I'm going to be late!" I yelled as I ran back into the bathroom. I washed my face to get the makeup off.

"Hey Natsu. Can you come here for a second? I want to ask you something." I said with a grin. .

He walked over to me in the bathroom. I was sitting on the counter with a eye liner in my hand. Once he turned and looked at me, I drew all over his face so he would at least take some sort of shower or atleast wash his hair.

"Why would you do that?" he yelled. I laughed, and gave him some shampoo so he would get an idea of why I did that.

He sighed and reluctantly asked "Where are the towles?"

I got a towle out of the closet and gave him one, and walked out of the bathroom, Natsu closing the door behind himself.

"Hey Happy! Can you go and get Natus's nicest clothes?" I asked as I did my makeup from my camera on my phone.

"Aye sir!" replied Happy as he turned and walked out the door. I sat back, relaxed at how quiet it had gotten in a matter of 30 seconds.

As I listened to the water from the shower, I put the rest of my makeup on from my phone. I yawned. As I did, I noticed how hungry I was, so I checked the time.

It was 9:18am. I didn't eat breakfast, so I decided to have some cool watermelon for the hot summer day.

As I was cutting the watermelon, I heard the water stop. Happy wasn't back yet with Natsu's clothes.

"Hey Lucy! Is Happy here?" he yelled from the bathroom.

"No. He went to get your clothes. For now, you can wear some of my old clothes that are too big for me." I said. "If you look in the cabinet whenever you get out of the bathroom, there is a big shirt and some sweatpants. You can wear those." I said and heard the bathroom door open.

"Ah ha!" said Natsu to himself as he found the clothes from what I could tell.

I couldn't help but laugh to myself.

"Hey Lucy! I'm hungry!" shouted Natsu as he walked out my bathroom.

"We have to wait till you get clothes from Happy. For now just eat the watermelon I cut up." I said as I walked over to my table and set down the plate of watermelon. Natsu gladly walked over and sat down across from me and grabbed a slice.

I got out my phone. I needed to text Princess Hiswi that I was going to be a little late.

"Can I read your book?" asked Natsu. With a smirk on his face

"No one can read it except for me and Levy!" I snapped. I quickly ran over to my shelf and hugged the thick pile of paper.

I heard a knock on the door, and I knew it was Happy from how light the knock was. I thought it was a good idea to put my book in a safe spot so Natsu didn't grab it if I had my back turned. So I decided to put in a drawer in my desk so I could hear if Natsu was trying to get it.

I went over and opened the door.

"Here! Their kinda heavy! Take them!" said Happy as he struggled to hold up the pile of clothes.

I gladly took the clothes out of his hands and he let out a sigh of relief as he walked in.

"Here you go Natsu." I said as I handed him the clothes. I could tell from the color of the clothes what ones they were. He had worn them at the Grand Magic Games. They were super nice.

Me and Happy sat in silence, other than the quiet voice of the TV by my bed. After a few minutes, Natsu came out in his clothes.

"Here! Is this better for the princess Lucy?" Natsu teased me.

I sighed at Natsu, then looked down at Happy. He looked back up at me.

"Hey Happy. Do you think you can at least put some pants on?" I asked. "You need to wear something in front of Princess Hiswi."

Happy grunted, and kicked the ground.

"But pants are so uncomfortable!" Happy yelled at me. He stomped his foot on the ground.

I glared at him, and finally, he turned, and walked out of the house.

"I'm going to get pants." Happy said quietly as he closed the door behind him. I smiled, and turned towards Natsu.

"Good job." Natsu said behind the door to my fridge. He was looking through my fridge again!

"Natsu! Get out of there! We are going to eat in like 10 minutes after Happy gets some pants on! And you already at all of the watermelon!" I yelled as I pointed towards the empty plate on the table that was once full of watermelon.

He jumped, his head still in the fridge, and he hit his head with a thunk.

He slowly backed out of the fridge and turned towards me, his hand on the back of his head, and he hung his head low.

I backed away slowly, realizing that he was mad.

With his hand still on his head, he quietly said, "You made a big..." with a pause and slowly looked up at me and suddenly yelled, "Mistake!" diving towards me with his arms stretched out in front of him.

I screamed, scared he was going to grab me and pull me to the ground. I closed my eyes, and hid my face in my hands.

Natsu laughed, and I opened my eyes.

Natsu's face was right in my face, and I couldn't help but laugh.

He grabbed me by my sides, and picked me up.

"Natsu! Let go!" I yelled as I tried to wriggle free from his grab, but he just laughed.

"Up! And Over!" Natsu yelled, and he flipped my over onto my bed. I hit the bed, and bounced back up, Natsu looking at me with his hands on my hips.

Natsu smiled at me, and laughed, and I looked at him. I grabbed Natsu by his waist, and pulled him forcefully on the bed next to me.

We laughed for a few minutes, then sat there, looking up at my ceiling.

Knock Knock Knock

It was Happy at the door.

Me and Natsu sat up from my bed, and I walked over to the door while Natsu brushed off his clothes.

"Hey Happy! You look nice!" I said as I opened the door. Happy was wearing a pair of jeans and a nice t-shirt. "You didn't have to put on a shirt."

"Well I already looked weird with just pants on, so I decided it would look better with a shirt." said Happy. He put his hand out, and then asked for my hand.

"Here. I found this. I think it would look cute if you made it into a earing." said Happy, and he handed me a rounded gemstone. It was long, and blue. It reminded me of my mother because she always liked the ocean.

I covered my mouth. This was the first time Happy has gave me something just out of random thought.

"Thank you." I said quietly, and I opened up my hand and Happy dropped the gem in my hand.

Natsu walked over, and as I turned around, I walked right into his chest.

"I have a question."
