Chapter 6

As we left Natsu to pay his bill, me, Erza, Princess Hiswi, Happy, and Freed waited outside in the shade.

"It's hot out today." said Freed. He sat down on a stone wall around the tree that was shading us.

"At least Natsu isn't out here!" I said. He is always warm, so being around him in the summer is so hot.

Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Who said I wasn't here?" said Natsu from inside.

"I said out here! Not here!" I yelled.

I scratched his head, and walked out of the door.

"I'll call the driver from the castle and tell him to pick us up here." said Princess Hiswi, and she walked over to a bench in the shade.

"Hey Lucy! Did you tell Freed about us?" said Natsu a little too loudly.

"What happened?" asked Freed clearly confused.

"Well. This morning, me and Natsu have started to date." I said.

"I thought you guys were already dating. At least it seemed like it." said Freed. "Well. Congratulations!" he said, and he put his arm around Natsu's shoulder.

Me and Natsu smiled at each other. Him with is usual wide smile that made everyone happy.

Freed also smiled, happy for us.

"Hey Lucy!Follow me. I have to show you something!" said Natsu. We walked over to the gate near us. He laughed a little, and came closer to me.

I turned my face to the side so that he could speak quietly.

He laughed again, and I felt his warmth get closer to me.

"I love you." he said quietly.

I turned to look at him to tell him the same, but he gently placed his soft lips on mine.

I started to got hot with embarrassment, and my face was probably turning very red, so I turned away, hiding my face in my hands.

As I turned back to him, I yelled in his face, "What was that for?!"

"I said I love you! Is it than confusing?" he yelled back at me.

His face had a slight blush on it, but I felt that mine was super hot.

"Hey you two love birds! Get over here! Were leaving now." yelled Erza.

I nodded, and ran towards Erza, leaving Natsu behind, smiling.

"The car is here. This man's name is Leorio, and he will be driving us. If you need anything, just ask him." said Princess Hiswi.

I bowed my head at Leorio. He was wearing a nice suit, and had small glasses on the end of his nose. He was tall, and spiky hair.

After I bowed, he gave me a goofy grin.

"No need to be so formal with me." he said, and I smiled.

Leorio opened up the door to the car for me, and I thanked him while getting in.

Erza was next in, sitting on my right side, then Freed, Happy, Princess Hiswi, then finally Natsu, and he sat on my left side.

Leorio got into the driver's seat, and started to drive.

He played some music.

The song was called Snow Fairy, and it super popular.

I hummed along to the lyrics as we drove, humming some of the other songs he also played.
