Well, Hello

That's it, I'm tired of being alone. I need to go out, do something! Life as an adult isn't as fun as it seems. I mean, it is for awhile. Privacy was my best friend, now it's more of a bad habit.

All of my friends and family are back in Chicago, my hometown. Yet, every time I attempt to get in contact with them, they continuously avoid me.

Stay away from us, they say. We need to love you from a distance, they say. That's why they sent me to California with $3,000.

So yes, I'm quite the outcast. I'm 18 so I'm still learning how to manage my life. It's okay though, I live in an apartment, which is quite luxurious for such short rent. But, I can't complain. That's California for you.

I got a job at a restaurant named Crimson Cafe. It's the top restaurant there is, at least that's what we've been told. I'm a waitress, so its nothing major for me to see a celebrity or two.

As of now, this is my off day. So, I guess I'll just go to the beach. I check my phone for the time, looks like 8:30 pm. Wow, how long have I been sitting in this bed? I grabbed my chai tea from my night stand then took a small sip.

My house phone rang, this made me waste a little bit of my heaven.

I answered,"Hello?"

"Jade, hey it's Kimberly, your manager."

I gasped then took a deep breath,"Oh, hey boss! What's up?"

"A lot. Look, let me cut to the chase. I know that it is your day off, but I need you here today A.S.A.P! Crimson is packed!" I was about to say something, but then she said, "There is even a group of celebrities here that I refuse to let the other waitresses handle."

I let out a sigh,"Ill be there, give me about 25 minutes."

She then said goodbye, then hung up the phone.

Trey POV

"Guys, why are we here anyway? Im hungry, a real hunger. If it ain't blood, I'm not in for it." I slumped in my seat. "Why is it taking so long for the waitress to get here?"

"Damn, chill." Chris said. "Look, here comes someone right now." He pointed towards a lady walking towards our table.

Okay, I hate to sound thirsty. BUT, this girl is about hotter than two fat people making love on a leather couch. She laid her soft green eyes on me as I glanced at her. She had long dark hair swept into a ponytail. Her scent, smells so sweet. This made me lick my lips! I scanned her name tag: Jade; I like it.

"Chris Brown, Trey Songz. Nice to meet you, what can I get you?" She looked annoyed.

Chris chuckled, "First, your number. When do you get off of work?" I shook my head, that's straight forward Chris for you.

"Well, if you tell me your order now, in about 10 minutes. But, that's not your business." Ooh, she's feisty. I'm in love!

Jade POV

Okay, so here I am. In front of Trey Songz. My favorite singer of all time! I should just act cool, he might not notice.

"And what about you, Trey?" I asked yawning towards him.

He paused then chuckled, "Oh, are you a fan of me?"

I froze, "No. I am not, if you guys aren't here to buy anything. Don't waste my time." I smiled towards them then walked to the back kitchen.

I took off the apron from around my waist, and checked my phone. 11:30, shifts over!

I walked to my car, something felt strange. I just don't know what that something was. I attempted to start my car, no response. I waited, again no response. I sighed then steeped out the car to see Trey and Chris, chilling on the trunk of my car.

"So, I see your car won't start lil mama." Chris grinned, his eyes flashed a neon green. They were just hazel, I'm scared. "How far do you live from here?"

I hesitated, why wasn't Trey saying anything? "Oh, about 10 minutes away."

"Perfect, we'll drive you home."

Then, before I could say no, Trey ran up to me and through me on his shoulder. He grabs me by my middle thighs. I don't feel too hot about this, but then again, I don't mind too much.
